MONTAGGIO DELL ESTENSIONE POSTERIORE DEL PIANO DI LAVORO 1 Utilizzate le 3 viti M5 x 16 mm ognuna con una rondella e una rondella freno Z per fissare l estensione F al piano di lavoro del banco sega 2 Utilizzate le due viti M5 x 20 mm con le rondelle per fissare i pezzi di appoggio L sul telaio del banco sega 3 Utilizzate le due viti M5 x 20 mm con le rondelle e i dadi per fissare i pezzi di appoggio sull estensione posteriore F MONTAGGIO DEI SUPPORTI DELLO SPINGIPEZZO 1 Fate scivolare le barre dell estensione laterale G sul piano del banco sega N B 2 Per evitare che l estensione esca dal piano avvitate le viti a testa esagonale sulle barre di guida con una chiave Allen Avvitate le due viti zigrinate per bloccare l estensione laterale 21 MONTAGGIO DEL CARRELLO Questo banco sega dotato di un carrello che permette di bloccare i pezzi da lavorare durante la tranciatura Questo carrello deve essere montato sulla sinistra della macchina Per fissarlo utilizzare le viti a testa esagonale A e le rondelle B 2 Utilizzate una chiave piana C di 14 mm per avvitare queste due viti JU Prima di bloccare le viti assicuratevi che il carrello sia situato a 1 mm al di sopra del piano di lavoro Questa posizione evita che il pezzo da lavorare sfreghi contro il piano durante lo spostamento Controllate che il carrello sia in posizione orizzontale poi stringete le viti MONTA
