Date 01 2012 23 FAR e RAC 2110 USO DE LA REMACHADORA fig f1 f2 La remachadora RAC 210 es equipada de un sistema de aspiraci n del clavo que aumenta notablemente la facilidad de utilizo de la remachadora Enefecto el remache queda posicionado sobre el inyector aunque la cabeza de la remachadora est hacia abajo No sujetar el remache con los dedos Dicho dispositivo se activa por el pulsador A y se desactiva al soltar el mismo pulsador De esa manera hay aspiraci n s lo al remachar evitando as el consumo de aire cuando la remachadora no est en funci n El clavo truncado luego del ajuste del remache es absorbido por la remachadora y expulsado por la parte posterior en el interior del espec fico tanque B CUIDADO Jam s se quitar el tanque B durante la operaci n de remachado pues el remache truncado durante su trayecto hasta la parte posterior de la remachadora puede ocasionar da os al operador y a las personas en la zona de trabajo Con el tanque B leno jam s se pondr en funci n la remachadora En cambio cortar la alimentaci n destornillar el contenedor B y efectuar el vaciado por medio de un apropiado contenedor JAMAS SE DEJARAN LOS REMACHES TRUNCADOS EN EL AMBIENTE Volver a colocar el tanque B y efectuar un regular ciclo de trabajo MANTENIMIENTO Y VARIACION DE TAMA O fig f3 f4 f5 f6 El uso prolongado de la remachadora puede dar lugar al deslizamiento de los
