8. ultima porzione di pasta non sia rimasta all interno dell arrotolatrice altrimenti seccandosi rischia di danneggiare irrimediabilmente la campana Per controllare se nell arrotolatrice rimasto qualche porzione di pasta procedere nel modo seguente 1 Soollegare in modo onnipolare la AS T dall alimentazione elettrica 2 Liberare la campana dagli appositi agganci ruotando la stessa in senso antiorario 3 Dopo aver rimosso eventuali residui di pasta inserire la campana ruotandola in senso orario sino all avvenuto aggancio fig 4 6 PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE Prima di iniziare le operazioni di pulizia e o manutenzione scollegare in modo onnipolare la macchina dalla rete elettrica Pulire giornalmente la macchina con acqua tiepida saponata quindi risciacquare abbondantemente e asciugare con cura Evitare nel modo piu assoluto di pulire con pagliette spazzole o raschietti di acciaio comune in quanto possono depositare particelle ferrose che ossidandosi provocano punti di ruggine Evitare di ricorrere all uso di lame che provochino danni o rugosit superficiali ATTENZIONE non lavare l apparecchiatura con getti d acqua diretti e in pressione poich eventuali infiltrazioni ai componenti elettrici potrebbero pregiudicare il regolare funzionamento dell apparecchiatura e dei sistemi di sicurezza Non sono necessari particolari lavori di manutenzione ma si raccomanda di far controllare l apparecchio da specialisti ogni 4 anni Una buon

17. ilzf rmigen Notstoppschalter mit mechanischer SB LUcke versehen dieser Schalter ist immer bei St rungen wahrend des Maschinenbetriebs zu betatigen Der Motor der AS T Maschine ist durch ein thermisches Relais mit Handaufladung das sich hinter der Maschinenr ckenlehne befindet gesch tzt 15 4 ERSETZUNG DER ERSATZTEILE ELEKTRISCHE KOMPONENTEN DES TEIGABRUNDERS Nach der Entfernung der Unterseite sind alle Komponenten leicht zug nglich MOTOREN Nach der Entfernung des Abrundens ist der Motor zug nglich Durch die Drehung der Glocke entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn wird dieselbe abgehakt Nach der Entfernung eventueller Teigruckstande die neue Glocke einsetzen zu diesem Zweck ist die Glocke im Uhrzeigersinn bis zu ihrem Ankuppeln zu drehen Die Scheibe soll das untere Teil Glocke in Keinem Fall ber hren Zum korrekten Betrieb empfiehlt es sich einen Abstand Spiel von 3 mm zwischen Scheibe und Glocke Abb 1 zu beachten ACHTUNG Solcher Abstand soll immer bei allen Kupplungen n 3 mit 120 Positionieren vorhanden sein sonst hatte man keine Parallelitat zwischen der festen Oberflache Glocke und der drehbaren Oberflache Scheibe Zur Einstellung des Spieles zwischen Scheibe und Glocke ist die selbstsperrende Mutter Abb 3 zu lockern die B chse B die das genaue Positionieren bestimmt wieder positionieren durch einen 3 mm Dickenmesser feststellen Durch die Mutter A die B chse festhalten und durch
