5. 4 BRANDSCHUTZ Bei der Installation des Heizungsherds sind folgende SicherheitsmaBnahmen zu befolgen a Der Mindestabstand von entflammbaren und w rmeempfindlichen Bauelementen und Gegenst nden M bel Holzverkleidungen Stoffe usw betr gt 20 cm an der R ckseite und auf beiden Seiten um eine ausreichende W rmeisolierung zu sichern siehe ABB 4 A b Vor der Feuerraumt r im Bereich ihrer Strahlung d rfen in einem Abstand von weniger als 100 cm keine entflammbaren oder warmeempfindlichen Gegenst nde oder Bauelemente vorhanden sein Dieser Abstand kann auf 40 cm verringert werden falls vor dem gesamten zu sch tzenden Teil eine hinten bel ftete und w rmebest ndige Schutzvorrichtung montiert wird Alle Mindestsicherheitsabst nde sind auf dem Typenschild des Produkts angegeben und d rfen nicht unterschritten werden c Falls der Heizungsherd auf einem aus entflammbarem Material bestehenden Fu boden installiert wird ist ein feuerfester Unterbau vorzusehen z B ein Stahlpodest Ausma e nach den regionalen Bestimmungen Der Unterbau muss vorn mindestens 50 cm und seitlich 30 cm ber die Offnung der Einf llt r vorspringen siehe ABB 4 B Der Heizungsherd darf ausschlie lich mit eingesetztem Aschekasten betrieben werden Die festen Verbrennungsr ckst nde Asche m ssen in einem hermetischen und feuerfesten Beh lter gesammelt werden Der Heizungsherd darf niemals bei Vorhandensein von Gas oder Dampfemissionen z B Li

RISCALDAMENTO CENTRALIZZATO Per poter ottenere i migliori risultati nell utilizzo come riscaldamento centralizzato necessario avere ben chiari alcuni concetti base L impianto funzioner molto bene solo quando sar arrivato a regime ed avr la pompa sempre in movimento solo in questa condizione infatti l acqua proveniente dall impianto sar sufficientemente calda da impedire fenomeni di condensazione all interno del corpo caldaia se al contrario l impianto verr gestito ad una potenza troppo ridotta l impianto tender a funzionare in modo intermittente In pratica avverr che la pompa funzioner solamente per brevi periodi e solamente quando l acqua supera i 70C ma ogni volta che l acqua fredda che ritorna dall impianto avr fatto scendere la temperatura al di sotto di questo limite questa si fermer in attesa che ritorni appunto a 70 C Durante questi periodi di pausa l acqua dei radiatori tender a raffreddarsi tornando a sua volta fredda in caldaia quando la pompa sar nuovamente in grado di ripartire Con questa modalit di funzionamento i radiatori saranno sempre freddi nella parte pi bassa e cos pure anche la parte inferiore del corpo caldaia rimarr sempre quasi fredda consentendo la condensazione dei fumi e dei vapori acidi che a lungo andare ne potranno provocare la corrosione Per evitare questo grave inconveniente sar necessario regolare l aria di combustione in modo che il calore generato sia in

ES RAUCHABZUGS Das richtige Anz ndverfahren die Verwendung geeigneter Mengen und Arten von Brennstoff die richtige Einstellung des Sekundarluftreglers der ausreichende Kaminzug und das Vorhandensein von Verbrennungsluft sind f r einen optimalen Betrieb des Ger ts unerl sslich Mindestens einmal im Jahr und im Bedarfsfall Funktionsst rungen und folglich geringe Heizleistung sollte eine vollst ndige Reinigung vorgenommen werden Diese Reinigung darf ausschlie lich bei kaltem Herd erfolgen und sollte von einem Schornsteinfeger ausgef hrt werden der gleichzeitig eine Inspektion vornimmt W hrend der Reinigung sind der Rauchabzugsstutzen und das Rauchrohr vom Thermoofen abzunehmen Der Rauchgaskasten kann vom Feuerraum aus und nach Abbau des Rauchgasrohres vom Abgasstutzen mit Hilfe einer B rste und eines Saugers gereinigt werden Nach der Reinigung sollen alle Teilen wieder hermetisch eingestellt werden 15 2 REINIGUNG DER GLASSCHEIBE Durch einen besonderen Sekund rlufteintritt wird die Bildung von Schmutzablagerungen an der T rscheibe wirksam verlangsamt Bei Verwendung fester Brennstoffe z B feuchtem Holz kann dies jedoch niemals ganz vermieden werden und ist nicht als Defekt des Ger ts anzusehen WICHTIG Die Reinigung der Panoramascheibe darf ausschlie lich bei kaltem Heizungsherd erfolgen um eine Explosion zu vermeiden Keinesfalls abreibende T cher oder abreibende oder chemisch aggressive Produkte verwenden Das richti

76. grado di mantenere costantemente la pompa in funzione solo cos infatti sar possibile riscaldare in modo uniforme i radiatori consentendo un ritorno di acqua calda in caldaia tale da impedire la condensazione dei fumi e la conseguente corrosione 13 MANCANZA DI ENERGIA ELETTRICA Nella eventualit di una improvvisa interruzione dell energia elettrica durante il normale funzionamento dell impianto sar necessario compiere queste semplici manovre per evitare che la termostufa vada in ebollizione in seguito al mancato funzionamento della pompa 1 Chiudere completamente i registri dell aria primaria e secondaria in modo da soffocare il pi possibile la fiamma 2 Chiudere il registro fumi se presente per limitare ulteriormente l afflusso dell aria comburente attraverso eventuali fessure 14 FUNZIONAMENTO NEI PERIODI DI TRANSIZIONE ATTENZIONE Per nessuna ragione si deve accendere il fuoco se prima l impianto non sia stato completamente riempito d acqua il farlo comporterebbe un danneggiamento gravissimo di tutta la struttura L impianto va tenuto costantemente pieno d acqua anche nei periodi in cui non richiesto l uso della termostufa Durante il periodo invernale un eventuale non attivit va affrontata con l aggiunta di sostanze antigelo Durante il periodo di transizione ovvero quando le temperature esterne sono pi elevate in caso di improvviso aumento della temperatura si possono avere dei disturbi alla canna
