17. n Das ffnen des Foliengebindes erfolgt automatisch bei Auspressbeginn Foliengebinde nicht manuell ffnen kann zu Systemversagen f hren Die M rtel Vorlaufmenge ist abh ngig von der Gebindegr Be Anzahl der H be siehe Piktogramm 8 Den M rtelvorlauf in die leere Umverpackung entsorgen Wird ein neuer Mischer auf ein bereits ge ffnetes Foliengebinde aufgeschraubt m ssen die ersten H be ebenfalls wie oben beschrieben verworfen werden F r jedes neue Foliengebinde einen neuern Mischer verwenden Das Bohrloch lufthlasenfrei mit M rtel vertiillen Bohrlochverf llung bei Bohrlochtiefen S 250 mm Mischer bis zum Bohrlochgrund in das Bohrloch stecken bei tiefen Bohrl chern die Verl ngerung verwenden und nach jedem Hub den Mischer langsam zur ckziehen Das Bohrloch zu ca 2 3 verf llen bzw so viel wie ben tigt wird um sicher zu stellen dass der Ringspalt zwischen D bel Bewehrungsstab und Beton nach dem Setzen voll st ndig mit M rtel ausgef llt ist Nach der Bohrlochverf llung die Entriegelungstaste am Auspressger t bet tigen um M rtelnachlauf zu vermeiden Bohrlochverf llung mit Stauzapfen Empfohlen f r Bohrlochtiefen gt 250 mm und ber kopfanwendungen HIT M1 Mischer Verlangerung en und passenden HIT SZ Stau zapfen zusammenstecken Stauzapfen HIT SZ bis zum Bohrlochgrund in das Bohrloch stecken und M rtel wie oben beschrieben injizieren W hrend des Verf llens wird der Stauzapfen durch den Druck
