Avvitare a mano il bocchettone e quindi serrarlo con l ausilio di un chiave adeguata per evitare tensioni sulle tubazioni consigliabile agire con una controchiave SERRAGGIO TUBAZIONI Assicurarsi che non vi sia polvere o sporcizia nella zona di collegamento Assicurarsi del perfetto allineamento fra la superficie dell attacco e la cartella Stringere il bocchettone prima a mano e quindi con una chiave dinamometria adeguata Se la chiusura non sufficiente potrebbero verificarsi delle perdite d altro canto una chiusura troppo forte potrebbe danneggiare la cartella La tabella sottostante riporta le coppie di serraggio consigliate in funzione del diametro del tubo Diametro Diametro Copia di serraggio Nominale Esterno mm Nxm kgfxcm 33 42 330 420 16 INSTALLAZIONE OPERAZIONE DI VERIFICA DELLA TENUTA consigliata Prima di eseguire la fase di vuoto dell impianto si consiglia di verificare la tenuta della parte di circuito frigorifero comprendente le giunzioni di collegamento tra le tubazioni e l unit interna Per l esecuzione di tale fase si proceda come descritto Con le valvole di servizio dell unit esterna completamente chiuse rimuovere il tappo della presa di servizio 1 Fig 2 ed il bocchettone 2 Fig 2 della valvola del gas la pi grande Collegare alla valvola di servizio un gruppo monometrico abbinato alla bombola di azoto N2 Pressurizzare il sistema ad una pressione

MOD 18 2 21 3 28 4 35 5 UM A 335 335 333 366 mm B 560 560 590 624 mm 12 INSTALLAZIONE KIT SCARICO CONDENSA PER UNIT ESTERNA Nelle unit esterne a pompa di calore nel funzionamento in riscaldamento prodotta della condensa In tal caso pu essere necessario convogliare la condensa verso uno scarico Per fare ci procedere come segue 1 Fissare il raccordo 1 in dotazione nell apposito foro 2 sul basamento dell unit esterna Il fissaggio avviene inserendo la parte sagomata del raccordo nel foro e ruotando di 90 verso destra o verso sinistra secondo le esigenze 2 Collegare al raccordo 1 un tubo di gomma 2 sufficientemente resistente in modo che non si deformi determinando possibili strozzature 3 Fissarlo con una fascetta stringi tubo 3 e portarlo ad un apposito scarico 4 Controllare che il tubo abbia una pendenza tale da consentire il deflusso naturale della condensa 5 Verificare il buon funzionamento dello scarico versando direttamente nella vaschetta dell unit esterna dell acqua in quantit limitata N B Il kit a corredo macchina per le versioni pompa calore US M 13 INSTALLAZIONE TUBAZIONI DI COLLEGAMENTO Le tubazioni sono arrotolate e gi cartellate da ambo le parti Le dimensioni sono quelle riportate nel paragrafo LIMITI SU LUNGHEZZA E DISLIVELLO DELLE TUBAZIONI REFRIGERANTI Effettuare il percorso dei tubi frigorif

13. fra la linea standard e la linea effettiva e dal diametro delle linee Le indicazioni circa la quantit di refrigerante sono anch esse riportate nelle tabelle di cui sopra Per l esecuzione di tale fase si proceda come indicato Collegare mediante un tubo flessibile il cilindro di carca oppure la bombola posizionata su bilancia elettronica sulla presa di servizio posta sul rubinetto aspiarante i pi grandi Attivare l unit in funzionamento freddo ed aprire il rubinetto di collegamento in maniera graduale si sta iniettando refrigerante direttamente nel compressore Una volta intergata la carica prevista chiudere il rubinetto di collegamento Togliere il flessibile di collegamento tra la stazione di vuoto e la presa di pressione di servizio del rubinetto Chiudere la presa di servizio con il tappo apposito PRECAUZIONI DA ADOTTARE NEL CASO DI UNIT UTILIZZANTI R410A I condizionatori funzionanti con gas frigorigeno R410A richiedono particolari attenzioni in fase di montaggio e manutenzione al fine da preservarli da eventuali anomalie legate alla particolarit del gas stesso Si racco mandano quindi le seguenti attenzioni Per tutte le unit funzionanti ad R410A obbligatorio l esecuzione del vuoto nelle linee e nell unit interna prima di aprire i rubinetti dell unit esterna Per le operazioni di vuoto e carica si utilizzino attrezzature specifiche gruppo monometrico tubi flessibili ecc di verse da quelle uti

MO AVVIAMENTO Prima di eseguire il primo avviamento prima di avviare l impianto per il lavoro stagionale o dopo una lunga sosta necessario eseguire i seguenti controlli preliminari che riguardano la parte elettrica e la parte frigorifera CONTROLLO PRELIMINARE PARTE ELETTRICA N B Prima di eseguire un qualsiasi controllo elettrico togliere l alimentazione dalla macchina staccando la spina dalla presa di rete Controlli Verificare che l impianto elettrico sia stato realizzato in conformit a quanto riportato sullo schema elettrico e che la sezione dei cavi sia adeguata Verificare che i cavi di potenza e di terra siano ben serrati ai morsetti Verificare che non ci siano cavi scollegati o non agganciati ai morsetti Verificare che l alimentazione della rete sia adeguata alle esigenze della macchina CONTROLLO PRELIMINARE PARTE FRIGORIFERA Controllare che l unit sia carica di refrigerante Il controllo pu essere effettuato con dei manometri portatili per freon muniti d attacco girevole da 1 4 SAE con depressore collegato alla presa di servizio del rubinetto La pressione letta deve corrispondere alla pressione di saturazione corrispondente alla temperatura ambiente 7 bar Eseguire un controllo visivo sul circuito frigorifero accertandosi che non sia danneggiato Verificare che le tubazioni non siano sporche d olio macchie d olio lasciano presupporre rotture al circuito frigorifero ACCENSIO
