EXP350 EXP400 EXP450 EXP350T EXP500T EXP520T LIFTER DATA EXP350 EXP400 EXP450 EXP350T EXP500T EXP520T Maximum height open 5m Minimum height folded 1 86 m Foot extention diam open 2m Number of sections 4 EXP series 9 2 INSTALLATION 2 1 MOUNTING Place the tower over a flat and stable surface to install the tower discarding its use over rolling platforms or surfaces which would be able to bear as much its own weight as coupled load The installation area must be free of debris stone etc that reduce the firmness of the tower at ground Moreover the tower must no be placed near element which can obstruct the vertical folding process like balconies cornices etc Be aware specially with the proximity of electric cables which the tower could take or crimp them Consider that the tower is not electrically isolated so it can be load with electricity and to constitute a serious electric shock risk IMPORTANT In case of wind even light avoid to lift screens or equipment with large surfaces 2 2 LIFTING PROCESS EXP350 EXP400 EXP450 e Unlock the foot safety pin A unscrew the blocking Wheel B see figure 1 Push the sliding front foot support downwards until it locks itself in unfolded position and tighten the security wheel B Unlock rear foot C unfold it and lock into position D e Check the elevator stability thanks to the bubble marker E Adjust if required the leg position with the appropriate saf
