Use un aceite penetrante para removerlo MODELOS 306015 Y 30801B PRENSAS DE TORNILLO DE 152 MM Y 203 MM e Atornille el tornillo de entrada de la mordaza m vil Ref No 14 hasta el extremo del cuer po Ref No 16 y en el agujero de la mor daza m vil Ref No 18 e Aseg relo con un tornillo de fijaci n del punto de sujeci n Ref No 19 e Monte los mangos de la manivela Ref No 12 a los tornillos de avance longitudinal y transversal Ref Nos 8 y 9 usando tuercas ciegas Ref No 13 e La prensa de tornillo se env a con un reves timiento protector Este revestimiento se debe remover antes de la operaci n Use un aceite penetrante para removerlo OPERACION Refi rase a la Figura 2 e Monte la prensa de tornillo en la superficie de trabajo en la ubicaci n que se desea asegurando por lo menos dos pesta as de montaje ubicadas en la base Ref No 1 uy T e Mueva el caballete Ref No 3 haciendo rotar el mango de la manivela longitudinal Ref No 12 Apriete el tornillo de fijaci n central Ref No 6 para asegurar la posici n e Mueva el cuerpo Ref No 16 de la prensa de tornillo a la posici n que se desea ha ciendo rotar el mango de la manivela de avance transversal Ref No 12 Apriete el tornillo de fijaci n central Ref No 6 para asegurar la posici n e Abra las mordazas de la prensa de tornillo y coloque la pieza de tr
