9. los periodos de estancia suelen oscilar entre los 6 y 14 minutos seg n edad sexo y estado nervioso Hay que tener en cuenta que una misma persona en momentos distintos puede sentir la necesidad de salir de la sauna en intervalos distintos de tiempo por ello es dif cil hablar de aguante de cada uno en la sauna k ium i 4 Salida la sauna Fase de respiraci n Antes de salir de la sauna debemos tomar la posici n sentado para que el sist circulatorio se adapte de nuevo a la posici n vertical Una vez fuera de la sauna y a temperatura ambiente expiraremos vigorosamente e inspiraremos suavemente A ser posible aire fresco para oxigenar con intensidad Inmediatamente despu s pasaremos a la ducha de agua fria para conseguir una intensa refrigeraci n de la piel Durante esta ducha empezaremos siempre por las extremidades e iremos acerc ndonos lentamente a la zona de 1 coraz n y la cabeza 5 Proceso de repetici n Iniciar fase 3 Hasta 2 6 3 veces Durante la segunda y tercera repetici n se suele producir los llamados GOLPES DE VAPOR echando uno o dos cazos de agua sobre las piedras del calefactor para aumentar la humedad interior Con ello tambi n aumentar la sensaci n de calor dado que la humedad relativa aumentar 6 Posible de Inmersi n 7 Fase de reposo Esta fase es seguida por algunos bafiistas y complementa el efecto de relajaci n al tomar un des canso en repo
