24. amente cerradas con pestillo La maquina est afirmada al suelo de manera segura Se ha puesto el freno de parada de la m quina C MO REMOLCAR O EMPUJAR UNA MAQUINA ESTROPEADA La bomba que propulsa a la m quina cuenta por fabricaci n con una v lvula ajustable de remolque Esta v lvula impide que se da e el sistema hidr ulico cuando la m quina se remolca o empuja durante una corta distancia sin usar el motor Para acceder a la v lvula abra el panel de la puerta trasera izquierda y localice la v lvula como se muestra en la parte trasera superior de la bomba propulsora Utilice unos alicates o una llave fija de 8 mm de boca abierta para girar la v lvula 90 grados esto libera el cierre hidrost tico entre el motor y la bomba ADVERTENCIA La bomba hidr ulica propulsora puede verse da ada si se remolca la m quina con la v lvula en posici n normal de funcionamiento A Consulte la ilustraci n de m s abajo para ver la posici n normal A de funcionamiento vertical y la posici n de remolque B en giro libre horizontal Nota si se deja la v lvula de remolque en posici n B de giro libre horizontal la bomba propulsora no puede accionar la m quina ni hacia delante FWD ni hacia atr s REV No se producir da o alguno no hay m s que volver a poner la v lvula en su posici n A de funcionamiento normal vertical NOTA No remolque ni empuje la m quina a m s velocidad que la del paso normal en

35. e de da o alguno en las superficies del suelo causado por los escarificadores ni por las piedras de pulir LLENADO DEL DEP SITO DE SOLUCI N Use la soluci n qu mica correcta para el trabajo que est haciendo Consulte con su distribuidor Nilfisk Advance autorizado para ver los tipos de productos qu micos de limpieza y sus aplicaciones Llene el dep sito de soluci n a trav s del Relleno del dep sito de soluci n 20 con 208 litros de agua limpia con la proporci n adecuada de producto qu mico de limpieza Mezcle el agua y los productos qu micos en polvo en un recipiente antes de meterlos en el dep sito de soluci n No llene el dep sito por encima de 7 62 cm de su parte superior A PRECAUCI N El producto de limpieza debe tener un bajo poder espumante y no ser inflamable AJUSTE DE LAS V LVULAS DE CONTROL DEL FLUJO DE LA SOLUCI N Las dos V lvulas de control del flujo de la soluci n 10 son ajustables ello permite un flujo de soluci n variable dependiendo del tipo de suelo a fregar Una superficie de suelo rugosa o absorbente como la del cemento no pulido requerir un flujo de soluci n superior al de una superficie de suelo suave o terminada Para ajustar el flujo final de soluci n que llega a los cepillos 9 gire primero el Interruptor principal de ignici n 45 ala posici n de encendido el motor no arranca encienda el Interruptor de la soluci n 37 y empuje hacia delante la Palanca manual de la soluci n 34
36. e recoja la soluci n acumulada Cuando el dep sito de recuperaci n se llena un flotador cerrar autom ticamente la succi n de aspiraci n Eleve los cepillos de fregado inmediatamente Esto detendr autom ticamente el flujo de soluci n Eleve la boquilla y el cepillo Mueva la m quina hasta el lugar marcado para ELIMINACI N del agua designado para tal fin donde puede drenarse y limpiarse el dep sito de recuperaci n Vuelva a llenar el dep sito de soluci n y contin e limpiando Notas adicionales sobre las funciones de control del operador Sistema de la boquilla La boquilla de recogida del agua se levanta autom ticamente cuando se conduce la m quina en marcha atr s y se baja cuando se conduce hacia delante Para activar la funci n de levantar y bajar la boquilla durante el fregado debe girarse a la posici n ON hacia abajo el Interruptor de subir y bajar la boquilla 46 Sistema de fregado La rotaci n de los cepillos de fregado se parar cuando el pedal de conducci n est en punto muerto Esto s lo ocurrir cuando los cepillos est n en el suelo y la Palanca de poner y quitar los cepillos y la escoba 31 est en posici n ON Esta caracter stica impide que se da e la superficie del suelo cuando la m quina se pare Sistema de fregado Para levantar los cepillos de fregado cuando la m quina no se est moviendo en punto muerto hay que poner en posici n OFF la Palanca de poner y quitar los cepillos y la escoba
