Telma GARANTIESCHEIN Garantiebedingungen Auf unsere Ger te mit Zubeh r gew hren wir eine zweij hrige Garantie ab Lieferdatum auf alle Konstruktions oder Materialm ngel Unsere Garantie beschr nkt sich ausdr cklich auf den einfachen Austausch von demontierten Teilen die an unsere Lager geschickt werden und von unseren Abteilungen als mangelhaft anerkannt worden sind Jegliche Entsch digungen aus beliebigen Gr nden und insbesondere auf Grund von Verlusten und Sch den aller Art die durch die Verwendung der Ger te verursacht werden k nnten sind ausdr cklich ausgeschlossen Die Garantieleistungen erstrecken sich auch auf die Arbeitsl hne die bei der Demontage und Montage von Teilen entstehen die nach Pr fung durch TELMA als mangelhaft anerkannt worden sind durch einen zugelassenen TELMAHandler Der Austausch von Teilen im Rahmen der Garantie f hrt nicht zu einer Verl ngerung der Garantiezeit In folgenden F llen kann unsere Garantie nicht in Anspruch genommen werden 1 Ungeeignete Wahl des Retarders im Verh ltnis zum Gewicht zur Geschwindigkeit und zum Drehmoment des jeweiligen Fahrzeugs 2 Ger te die nicht in bereinstimmung mit unsere Vorschriften montiert worden sind 3 Verschlei infolge einer normalen Verwendung Auf der anderen Seite erfolgt keine Garantie bernahme und Gew hrleistung wenn a Originalteile durch Nachahmungen oder Teile anderer Herkunft ersetzt worden sind b das Ger
