El LOC informar en tiempo y forma a todos los NPCs sobre cualquier cancelaci n o cambio en el Programa All Participants must respect the spirit of fair play and non violence Avoid using substances and procedures prohibited by the IPC and WADA gt All participants must respect and stick to the Medical Code from the IPC Any participant that breaks the Paralympic Code or disrespect any of the General Rules for these Games will be asked to return its accreditation losing all right to be in the Games The Games are a big festival to the young Paralympic athletes from America Their social educational ethical and moral aspects should be emphasized No player team or delegation will be allowed to withdraw from the competition once the formal registration has been done except for illness or force majeure Unjustified withdrawal or no shows could cause sanctions Penalties or sanctions will be given to any participant that _ls not adhered to the fair game spirit _Offends a Games official referee or any member of the Organizing Committee _Offends or behaves in a way that dishonors the APC or one of their members Paralympic G Americas Juegos Juveniles Parapanamericanos Parapan Youth Games QS o Corintis 13 al 20 de Octubre de 2013 Buenos Aires Argentina _A NPC that refuses an APC s sanction might be suspended as an IPC member A sport representative will be part of the appeal committee and the offender w
