Machine description Ver 05 2015 Use and maintenance manual 3 Starting ae z 0 a Lu 7 Position the wheel onthe terminal with the inner part facing the balancer WARNING BEFORE SWITCHING ON THE MACHINE MAKE SURE THAT ALL THE CONNECTIONS DESCRIBED IN THE INSTALLATION CHAPTER ao A HAVE BEEN MADE CORRECTLY E o THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS INVOLVE A POTENTIAL RISK FOR THE OPERATOR GIVEN THE PRESENCE OF VOLTAGE ON THE EQUIPMENT THE PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT DESCRIBED IN THE INSTALLATION MANUAL MUST BE WORN AND WORK MUST BE DONE WITH DUE CARE AND ATTENTION OPERATIONS MAY ONLY BE PERFORMED BY A SPECIALISED TECHNICIAN Before powering the machine carry out the following checks a 1 Check that the balancing machine touches the floor 8 Firmly attach the wheel to the balancer shaft using at the three support points the lock nut 9 At this point you can read the tyre measurements S and perform balancing Y 10 To perform the spin lower the splash guard when fitted and if necessary and available press the START button 11 The wheel is automatically locked when reaching the correct angular position for weight application nm D on the inside and outside To unlock the wheel turn it hard to move it from the correct correction position If the unbalance is

4. 4s 807 Marcar las posiciones de la llanta y del neum tico y a continuaci n girar el neum tico sobre la llanta hasta hacer que las posiciones coincidan para obtener la optimizaci n indicada en la pantalla POSICION NEUMATICO flanco externo 3S 45 88 POSICION LLANTA flanco interno 45 80r Al finalizar la optimizaci n efectuar un nuevo lanzamiento o STOP pulsar la tecla para regresar al cuadro de medici n 6 3 AUTODIAGNOSTICO La m quina puede realizar el autodiagn stico para ve rificar el funcionamiento correcto de los leds presentes en el panel de mandos y la correcta lectura del encoder Para realizar esta operaci n visualizar el men SETUP y SEt UP di A Gn En la secuencia de autodiagn stico se encienden durante algunos segundos todos los leds presentes en el panel con el fin de verificar su funcionamiento Una vez apagados los leds la m quina pasa autom ticamente a la fase de lectura del encoder Girando la rueda manualmente hacia delante y hacia atr s la pantalla muestra la posici n exacta de la misma El valor est comprendido entre 0 cero y 255 Consultar el manual de mantenimiento extraordinario o contactar con la asistencia t cnica ENTER 6 4 CALIBRADO Para realizar el calibrado de la m quina proceder de la siguiente manera Montar en el eje una rueda con llanta de acero de

15. en los tres puntos de apoyo my 2 Comprobar que todas las piezas que componen la equilibradora est n correctamente conectadas y fijadas 3 Verificar que los par metros tensi n y frecuencia de la red de entrada sean compatibles con los in dicados en los datos de la placa de la equilibradora Verificar la conexi n correcta del cable de red Verificar que se ha realizado la limpieza del eje de la maquina y del orificio de la brida me ATENCION CUALQUIER RESIDUO DE SUCIEDAD PODR A INFLUIR EN LA PRECISI N DEL EQUILIBRADO 6 Para encender la equilibradora pulsar el interruptor situado en el flanco izquierdo del equipo 7 Colocar la rueda sobre el terminal con la parte interna hacia la equilibradora 8 Fijar firmemente la rueda al eje de la equilibradora por medio del casquillo de fijaci n 9 A este punto es posible efectuar las mediciones del neum tico y realizar el equilibrado 10 Para efectuar el lanzamiento hay que bajar la pro tecci n si est presente y si es necesario y disponi ble pulsar el bot n START 11 La rueda se bloquea autom ticamente al alcanzar la posici n angular correcta de aplicaci n del con trapeso en el flanco interno y externo Para desblo quear la rueda hay que girar con fuerza la misma para sacarla de la posici n de correcci n adecuada En caso de desequilibrio en tol

18. some cases when a wheel that has just been balanced is repositioned on the balancer the machine can detect an unbalance This is nota machine problem but is due to faulty mounting of the wheel on the flange In other words when mount ing the wheel after initial balancing it has taken another position with respect to the balancer shaft axis If the wheel has been mounted on the flange with screws the screws may not have been tightened correctly criss cross sequence or the tolerances of the holes drilled in the wheel may be too large Small errors up to 10 grams 0 4 oz are to be considered normal in wheels locked with the relative cone The error is normally greater for wheels locked with screws or studs If after balancing the wheel is still unbalanced when re fitted on the vehicle this could be due to an unbalanced brake drum or very often the tolerances of the holes drilled in the rim and drum are too large In this case balancing should be performed using a balancer with the wheel mounted on the vehicle 7 2 ALARM SIGNAL The machine has a self diagnostics cycle which identi fies the most frequent malfunctions during the normal work cycle These malfunctions are processed by the system and shown on the display Diagnostics 17 ENGLISH aie O Z Ww Use and maintenance manual Ver 05 2015 WARNING THE INFORMATION IN THE POSSIBLE REME
