1. des Drehzapfens in das neue Bohrloch wobei die vorgenommene AUSSPARUNG mit dem Drehsperrzapfen bereinstimmen muss Nach Einstellen der Leuchte in der gew nschten Position die Schraube Nr 10 und die Mutter Nr 11 festziehen B MONTAGE IN FAHRZEUG K HLERGRILL ODER HNLICHES Zur Montage der Leuchte CD 200 mit Metallfuss in Fahrzeug K hlergrills oder hnliches wird folgende Vorgehensweise empfohlen 1 Festlegen des Montagebereiches der Leuchte CD 200 Kennzeichnen Sie die Montage Oberfl che wo die Bohrung f r die 8 mm Schraube Nr 16 und falls notwendig f r das Durchziehen des Kabels vorgenommen werden soll Siehe Abbildung 2 VORSICHT Vor Durchf hrung der Bohrung versichern Sie sich dass beide Seiten der Montageoberfl che frei von Teilen und Objekten wie Bremsen elektrische Verbindungen und andere wichtige Fahrzeugteile die besch digt werden k nnten sind 2 Durchf hren der vorher gekennzeichneten Bohrungen 3 Positionieren Sie die Leuchte CD 200 auf der Montageoberfl che und verwenden Sie die Schraube Nr 16 die Flachscheibe Nr 17 die Rillenscheibe Nr 18 und die Mutter Nr 19 so wie in der Abbildung 2 dargestellt BILD 3 AN DEN GENERATOR VERKABELUNG Verlegen der weiblichen Endst cke in die Kabel die einem Ausgang des Generators f r Lampen entsprechen Anschliessen der weiblichen Endst cke an den 3 Wege Stecker gem ss Darstellung in Bild 3 1 NEGA2. on the surface by using the pin block see Figure 1 n 13 To effect this angle the lighthead as shown in step 3 and continue with the following steps 4 Mark the centre of the NOTCH see figure 1 where the pin block is situated 5 Remove the lighthead from the drill hole and file the NOTCH with a round file 5 mm in diameter 6 Insert the pin block into the slot in the pad and re connect the threaded rod in the new drill hole matching up the pin block with the NOTCH effected When the lighthead has been positioned correctly tighten up bolt N 10 and plastic nut N 11 B INSTALLATION ON THE GRILL CAR OR SIMILAR METAL BRACKET MOUNTING To install the unit using the installed metal bracket proceed as follows 1 Determine the desired mounting location Scribe drill position marks on the mounting surface for the 8mm mounting bolt N 16 and for a cable routing hole if desired CAUTION Before drilling holes in ANY part ofa vehicle be sure that both sides of the mounting surface are clear of parts that could be damaged such as brake lines fuel lines electrical wiring or other vital parts 2 Drill a mounting hole an cable routing hole if desired at the previously scribed drill position marks 3 Secure the light assembly to the mounting surface using the bolt N 16 washer N 17 lockwasher N 18 and nut N 19 as shown in figure 2 WIRING Position the female terminals on the FIGURE 3
