47. el prensaestopa mediante el cegador Seguir las instrucciones del prensaestopa que se encuentran al final de este manual para su correcto apriete 1 7 PUESTA EN MARCHA Una vez realizadas las conexiones y s lo para zona 2 superada satisfactoriamente la prueba de respiraci n restringida de la envolvente ya se puede poner en marcha el equipo Para instrucciones sobre el uso del mismo ver el Manual de Usuario y Configuraci n que viene con cada equipo 1 8 INSPECCI N Y MANTENIMIENTO ATENCI N Si para realizar las tareas de inspecci n y mantenimiento es necesario abrir la envolvente es obligatorio volver a realizar la prueba de respiraci n restringida nR en instalaciones en zona 2 gas Ver apartado 1 6 Seguir los requerimientos de inspecci n y mantenimiento de la norma EN 60079 17 La determinaci n del periodo adecuado entre inspecciones depende del tipo de instalaci n los factores que afectan el deterioro del equipo la clasificaci n de la zona y las inspecciones previas El periodo m ximo entre inspecciones peri dicas no puede exceder de tres a os En la inspecci n se debe verificar el buen estado de la car tula frontal y del cierre de la tapa posterior tomando en especial consideraci n la junta de uni n y las arandelas de nylon 1 8 1 SUSTITUCION DEL FUSIBLE Si al encender el indicador el display no se ilumina la causa m s probable es que el fusible no funcione correctamente ATENCI N El cambio d
48. g wieder mittels des Blindstopfens verschlossen werden dazu die Anleitung der Montage der Kabelverschraubungen im Anhang befolgen 3 7 INBETRIEBNAHME Nachdem Anschluss der Kabel und nach erfolgreicher Pr fung der Schwadensicherheit f r Installationen in der Zone 2 kann das Ger t in Betrieb genommen werden Einzelheiten dazu k nnen im Benutzterhandbuch das jedem Ger t beigelegt ist nachgeschlagen werden 3 8 INSPEKTION UND WARTUNG ACHTUNG Wenn w hrend der Inspektion und Wartung das Ger t ge ffnet wurde muss bei Betrieb des Ger tes in der Zone 2 nach Abschluss der Arbeiten erneut die Pr fung der Schwadensicherheit durchgef hrt werden siehe Kapitel 3 6 F r Wartungs und Inspektionsarbeiten sind die Anforderungen der Norm DIN EN 60079 17 einzuhalten Die Festlegung der Fristen zwischen den einzelnen Inspektionen h ngt von der Art der Installation den Umgebungsbedingungen die zu Beeintr chtigungen des Ger ts f hren k nnen der Einstufung der Zone und vorherigen Inspektionen ab Die maximale Frist zwischen regelm igen Inspektionen darf 3 Jahre nicht berschreiten Bei der Inspektion muss der Zustand des Verschlusses der Geh user ckwand berpr ft werden besonderer Augenmerk ist auf den Dichtungsring und die Nylonunterlegscheiben zu richten 3 8 1 SICHERUNGSWECHSEL Wenn nach dem Einschalten des Ger ts die Anzeige nicht aufleuchten sollte ist die wahrscheinlichste Ursache eine Fehlfunktion der Sicherung
