MANUAL DE INSTRUCCIONES PROLITE 23 AxPROMAX 3 CONSIDERACIONES PREVIAS 3 1 Comprobaci n de la pila El instrumento de medida ptica PROLITE 23 utiliza pilas alcalinas Antes de utilizar el equipo aseg rese de que las pilas se encuentran correctamente instaladas Cuando la carga de la pila est baja aparece un indicador sobre la pantalla LCD Mientras exista alg n car cter en la pantalla LCD el instrumento permanecer en funcionamiento Sin embargo cuando la pantalla LCD se oscurezca la salida de potencia se hace inestable el valor de la potencia medida no es exacto y en consecuencia la precisi n de la medida se degrada 3 2 Desactivaci n de la funci n autodesconexi n Con la configuraci n por defecto la funci n de autodesconexi n del medidor de fibra ptica PROLITE 23 permanece activado con el fin de ahorrar la vida de la pila Al encender el equipo aparece en el display el mensaje AUTO OFF Cuando se prevea un periodo de operaci n largo la funci n autodesconexi n deber ser desactivada Por favor siga las siguientes indicaciones Desactivaci n de la autodesconexi n e PROLITE 23 Al poner en marcha el aparato mantenga el pulsador On Off apretado hasta que aparezca la letra P en la pantalla LCD desactiv ndose la autodesconexi n En la siguiente medida la indicaci n AUTO OFF no aparecer en la pantalla LCD Con la configuraci n por defecto el equipo conservar la vida til de la pila med
