21. ufacturer covers the repair and or replacement of com ponents that the authorized service technician consider with de fects in materials or manufacturing process The replacement of the product will be performed and with no cost to the client as long as the repair of the same is not possible We will not ac cept charges for services performed by technical services out side D Tech The warranty shall be valid only accompanied by the purchase invoice The validity of the warranty is subject to the perfect fulfillment of all the data The responsibility of D Tech is limited exclusively to the value of the product or its components It is excluded from the warranty damages for negligence or carelessness in the use misuse improper transport or incidents caused during the installation such as burns shock abrasion or damage caused by improper installation or improper handling as well as the use and or inappropriate handling of the same Works due to the easy access and handling of all the compo nents of the product and the damage caused by lime deposits as well as the travel and labor costs shall be borne by the owner It is also excluded from the warranty any other cause that is not clearly attributable to the materials and or manufacturing process The warranty conditions are the only ones that were valid and no one is authorized to change or give other verbal and or written ones and shall be valid only the original certificate provided by D
