5. y sus muestras Colocar las muestras en la c mara y cerrar la puerta Aseg rese de que la puerta este bien cerrada Pulse el interruptor de encendido este se iluminar El incubador detecta automaticamente la frecuencia de la corriente electrica F50 o F60 y empieza a calentar Seleccione la temperatura de trabajo con las teclas UP ARRIBA y DOWN ABAJO Para ello mantenga pulsada cualquiera de estas 2 teclas durante 2 segundos un punto en la pantalla los destellos se mantienen durante 5 segundos entonces ya podemos seleccionar la T entre ambiente 5 C 70 C con las citadas teclas Una vez fijada la temperatura a la que queremos trabajar el display mostrar de nuevo la temperatura a la que se encuentra en ese momento el incubador pasados 2 segundos Siempre se puede comprobar la T de trabajo que hemos seleccionado pulsando UP arriba o DOWN abajo durante m s de 2 segundos Reajuste de la temperatura El incubador tiene un software para el reajuste de la temperatura En primer lugar se debe medir la temperatura en el centro de la o en la muestra durante un minimo de 2 horas Debemos utilizar un termometro calibrado con trazabilidad precisi n de 0 1 grados mas Despu s de 2 horas mas leer la temperatura en el term metro y compararla con la temperatura en la pantalla LED La diferencia entre el term metro la pantalla es el valor que vamos a introducir en el software
