6. 24 STORZ KARL STORZ ENDOSKOPE Reinigung Pflege und Sterilisation Maschinelle Reinigung Bei der Aufbereitung von HGERINS Optiken in einer Reinigungs und Desinfektionsmaschi ne ist besondere Sorgfalt bei der Auswahl der chemischen Mittel und der Maschinenprogram me notwendig Die Gefahr der Sch digung ist wesentlich h her als bei der manuellen Reini gung Optiken nach HAMOU mit Okulartrieb sind nicht f r die maschinelle Aufbereitung geeignet Die Wahl des Maschinenverfahrens muB in Ab sprache mit dem Hersteller der Maschine und dem der chemischen Reagenzien erfolgen Es d rfen nur spezielle Verfahren Verwendung finden die f r diesen Zweck gepr ft und freigegeben worden sind Die thermische Desinfektion ist zu bevorzugen Vollentsalztes Wasser mindestens im letzten Sp lgang schont die Oberfl chen Je nach Wasserqualit t ist eine an die Reini gung anschlie ende Sp lung mit Zugabe eines Neutralisationsmittels notwendig Es soll ein Reiniger im neutralen pH Bereich Verwendung finden z B enzymatische Reini ger Wenn ein Mittel f r Aluminiumteile aus dr cklich nicht zugelassen ist ist von seiner Verwendung abzusehen da es zu Ver nderun gen der Oberfl chen f hren kann Ansto en und Verbiegen der Optiken wie es bei unsachgem er Lagerung auftritt ist unbe dingt zu vermeiden Besonders das H llrohr von Optiken ist vor den starken mechanischen Kraften des Was serstrahles z
