Grua de bipedestaci n giratoria de accionamiento manual para la transferencia de MAN UAL ORI Gl NAL discapacitados y enfermos uso en interior Marca SOLMATS Mod GBR 11 Fabricante CREA amp AJUDA S L FEBRERO DE 2012 5 PLAN DE MANTENIMIENTO Se debe realizar un mantenimiento preventivo del equipo para alargar su vida til y evitar accidentes El mantenimiento de la gr a de bipedestaci n giratoria descrita ser el siguiente 5 1 Semanalmente comprobar visualmente el estado general de la gr a de bipedestaci n giratoria y la existencia de deformaciones fisuras dobleces y o roturas que puedan poner en peligro la integridad del usuario En caso de existir y que afecten gravemente a la seguridad y su funcionamiento se INUTILIZAR y se avisar al equipo de mantenimiento para su reparaci n e Se comprobar el estado de las ruedas y los frenos de estas que se encuentran en buen estado e Serevisaran los bloqueos de las gu as extensibles y de la plataforma para que trabajen de la forma correcta En caso de existir alg n problema en estos elementos se INUTILIZAR y se avisar al equipo de mantenimiento para su reparaci n e Revisar los elementos de giro para un correcto funcionamiento y engrasar en Caso necesario e Revisar los elementos desplazables gu as apoyo de piernas actuador el ctrico los elementos el ctricos Dewert se seguir el mantenimiento indi

11. 2012 SEGURIDAD PERSONAL Aunque se han colocado diversos resguardos fijos en partes de la gr a de bipedestaci n giratoria existen riesgos residuales que no han podido ser protegidos f sicamente por la propia naturaleza de sta Estos riesgos son principalmente los de atrapamiento indicados por los pictogramas que deber n tenerse en consideraci n y que se circunscriben a la zona peligrosa de subida bajada del cilindro la zona de giro de la plataforma y de las gu as extensibles La gr a indicada deber ser empleada nicamente cuando se encuentre en perfecto estado t cnico y para las funciones a las cuales est destinada observando siempre las normas de seguridad servicio mantenimiento y de reparaci n emitidas por el fabricante para las cuales es necesario el adiestramiento del personal Se prohibir a toda persona ajena u operador NO autorizado el uso de la gr a indic ndose mediante las correspondientes se ales de advertencia CREA AJUDA S L se reserva el derecho de actualizar el Manual de Instrucciones en funci n del avance de la t cnica y de las posteriores modificaciones que se realicen sobre la gr a de bipedestaci n giratoria Estar PROHIBIDO e Anular los sistemas de seguridad e No respetar los avisos de peligro pictogramas etc e Utilizar la gr a con usuarios descalzos Asimismo se DEBER e Facilitar por la Propiedad al Operador Autorizado la FORMACI N necesaria y en especial e
