1. 2 Avdel M quina Hidroneum tica de Insertos Roscados 74200 Instrucciones de montaje de boquilla IMPORTANTE El suministro de aire debe ser desconectado cuando se coloquen o extraigan boquillas a menos que se den instrucciones especificas en contra INSTRUCCIONES DE MONTAJE Nota Los componentes en gris se encuentran incluidos en la m quina base los n meros de pieza pueden encontrarse en la secci n de montaje general de la m quina base lista de componentes del Manual de Instrucciones 74200 Los elementos en negro constituyen la boquilla estas piezas variar n dependiendo del tipo y tama o de inserto Ver la secci n correspondiente a boquillas del Manual de Instrucciones 74200 Antes de proceder con el montaje asegurarse de que la m quina se sit a en la posici n inicial cero de carrera girando la carcasa posterior en sentido horario hasta que llegue a tope Los n meros de componentes en negrita se refieren a la ilustraci n que aparece a continuaci n Retirar la carcasa y la tuerca adaptadora de la m quina base Introducir el hex gono de arrastre 4 en el eje Colocar el tornillo de accionamiento 3 en el hex gono de arrastre 4 Introducir el manguito reductor 5 si ha sido suministrado en la tuerca adaptadora atornillando la tuerca adaptadora sobre el eje Sostener el eje con una llave fija adecuada y apretar la contratuerca en sentido horario Atornillar la carcasa sobre la maquina atornillar la sufrider2. a 1 con la contratuerca 2 de sufridera sobre la carcasa e Atornillar 1 inserto sobre el tornillo de accionamiento hasta que la cara frontal del inserto se encuentre nivelado con el extremo del tornillo de accionamiento Ajustar la sufridera hasta que la cara frontal de la misma entre en contacto con la parte posterior del inserto Manteniendo la sufridera en posici n atornillar la contratuerca de la sufridera sobre la cara frontal de la carcasa apretar utilizando una llave fija adecuada e Ajustar la carrera de la m quina tal como se muestra en la secci n de ajuste de la carrera del Manual de Instrucciones 74200 Carcasa posterior 4 3 5 CONTRATUERCA EJE ANILLO DE FRICCI N UL fed TUERCA ADAPTADORA CARCASA INSTRUCCIONES DE SERVICIO Deber realizarse el servicio de las boquillas a intervalos semanales Retirar la boquilla completa utilizando el procedimiento inverso al indicado en las Instrucciones de montaje Deber sustituirse cualquier pieza da ada o desgastada En especial verificar el desgaste en el tornillo de accionamiento Montar de acuerdo con las instrucciones de montaje ES X Avdel iForm Since 1922 Since 1936 2010 ALEMANIA Avdel Deutschland GmbH Klusriede 24 30851 Langenhagen Tel 449 0 511 7288 0 Fax 49 0 511 7288 133 AvdelDeutschland infastech com AUSTRALIA Infastech Australia Pty Ltd 891 Wellington Road Rowville Victoria 3178 Tel 61 3 9765 6400 Fa

6. ems in black make up the Nose Assembly these parts will vary depending on Insert type and size Refer to section Nose Assemblies of the 74200 Instruction Manual Prior to fitting ensure that Tool is set at zero stroke by turning Rear Casing clockwise till stop occurs Item numbers in bold refer to illustration below Remove the Nose Casing and Adaptor Nut from Base Tool Insert Drive Shaft 4 into Spindle Fit Drive Screw 3 onto Drive Shaft 4 Insert Reducing Sleeve 5 where supplied into the Adaptor Nut screw Adaptor Nut onto Spindle Hold Spindle with a suitable spanner and tighten the Lock Nut anti clockwise Screw Nose Casing onto Tool screw Nose Tip 1 with Nose Tip Lock Nut 2 onto Nose Casing e Screw 1 off Insert onto Drive Screw till front face of Insert is flush with end of Drive Screw e Adjust Nose Tip till front face of Nose Tip contacts rear of Insert Holding Nose Tip in position screw Nose Tip Lock Nut onto front face of Nose Casing tighten using suitable spanner e Adjust Tool stroke as shown in 74200 Instruction Manual section Stroke Adjustment Rear Casing fiamme 5 LOCK NUT SPINDLE FRICTION RING 2 1 ADAPTOR NUT NOSE CASING Servicing Instructions Nose assemblies should be serviced at weekly intervals Remove the complete Nose Assembly using the reverse procedure to the Fitting Instructions Replace any worn or damaged part Particularly check for wear to Drive Screw Assemble
