PORTER LES VETEMENTS DE PROTECTION APPROPRIES LES LUNETTES DE PROTECTION SONT OBLIGATOIRES L air comprim est utilis pour enlever la poussi re qui se trouve dans les parties du convoyeur qui ne pourraient tre nettoy es autrement Nous conseillons galement l utilisation d un aspirateur industriel pour nettoyer la surface convoyeuse et les flancs du convoyeur NETTOYAGE COMPLET Avant et pendant le nettoyage s assurer O que toutes les parties lectriques dans la zone de travail sont correctement prot g es O que les c bles et prises lectriques ne peuvent rentrer en contact avec de l eau DANGER D ELECTROCUTION Le convoyeur STC doit tre nettoy r guli rement Nous conseillons l emploi d hydro nettoyeuses haute pression utilisant de l eau chaude ou froide A d faut des manches basse pression utilisant de l eau chaude ou froide sont une solution alternative Les galets ne n cessitent pas de nettoyage particulier En cas inverse tre extr mement prudent et n utiliser que des d tergents neutres non abrasifs et non corrosifs Avant tout nettoyage avec de l eau contr ler que les protections des roulements sont positionn es correctement et en parfait tat O queles parties lectriques du convoyeur STC HD sont isol es et protegees O que le jet a haute pression n est pas positionn contre le moteur lectrique les r ducteurs les roulements les gamitures de l arbre de tra

COLLEGAMENTO DI SENSORI E ASSERVIMENTI Eseguire i collegamenti dopo aver consultato lo schema elettrico e verificato la corretta disposizione e fissaggio degli elementi a bordo del trasportatore COLLEGAMENTO ALLA RETE DI ARIA COMPRESSA Gli attuatori pneumatici utilizzano aria secca Allacciare la rete di alimentazione dell aria compressa al raccordo tubo RILSAN Le operazioni di allacciamento vanno eseguite dal manutentore meccanico Eseguire le operazioni con linea di alimentazione pneumatica depressurizzata e nel rispetto delle prescrizioni di sicurezza Controllare O pressione di esercizio O eventuali trafilamenti di aria presenza di condensa nei gruppi FRL PULIZIA Per garantire la funzionalit della macchina l operatore deve eseguire i controlli giornalieri la pulizia e la manutenzione ordinaria Tutte le operazioni di PULIZIA devono essere eseguite con il TRASPORTATORE FERMO ED ELETTRICAMENTE NON ALIMENTATO Durante le pulizie con detergenti prodotti chimici e o solventi PROVVEDERE AD INDOSSARE ABBIGLIAMENTO DI PROTEZIONE ADEGUATO camici guanti occhiali di protezione Le operazioni di lavaggio e pulizia divengono prioritarie in situazioni operative critiche Dopo tali lavaggi o pulizia con getto d aria occorre controllare lo stato generale del trasportatore e quando esse sono installate in applicazioni specifiche la pulizia delle fotocellule per evitare che gocce di acqua presenti o scorie g

25. avvertenze relative alle premesse ed alle AVVERTENZE IMPORTANTI 2 ed attenervisi scrupolosamente ATTENZIONE LE OPERAZIONI DESCRITTE DI SEGUITO DEVONO ESSERE COMPIUTE DA TECNICI SPECIALIZZATI BOCCOLE Le boccole usurate rimangono nella loro posizione iniziale grazie ad un sistema ad incastro particolare del convogliatore STC HD Per effettuare la sostituzione delle boccole usurate sufficiente sollevare l albero porta rullini come spiegato pi avanti nell apposita sezione E consigliabile controllare periodicamente lo stato di usura delle boccole per evitare eventuali danneggiamenti ai pignoni per la rotazione degli alberini dovuti ad una imperfetta guida della boccola A causa di un errato consumo pu verificarsi una deformazione della boccola La deformazione pu svilupparsi in una ovalizzazione della forma della boccola che ne rende necessaria la rotazione di 180 La rotazione della boccola permette la rimessa in servizio dell albero che lavora sulla parte di boccola non consumata un usura irregolare della boccola L usura pu essere dovuta al tipo di applicazione a cui il convogliatore STC HD stato sottoposto in particolare la velocit e il peso del prodotto sono le principali cause del consumo delle boccole nel tempo Quando l albero porta rullini non ruota NON LUBRIFICARE ma ricercare la causa del mancato funzionamento per esempio elevato consumo della boccola Rottura della boccola

BUSHINGS Worn out bushings are kept in their position by a special interlocking system which has been designed for STC HD conveyors To replace worn out bushings just lift the roller shaft as described onward in the specific section It is advisable to check at regular intervals the wear of the bushings in order to avoid damages to shaft rotating sprockets which may be caused by an defective bushing guide A wrong use may cause a deformation of the bushing The deformation may develop a downward ovalisation of the bushing in that case it is necessary to turn the bushing by 180 so that the shaft will be working on the unworn part of the bushing an irregular wear of the bushing This may be due to the particular use of the STC e HD conveyor particularly the speed and the product weight are the main cause of wear If a roller shaft does not turn DO NOT LUBRICATE it but seek out the cause of the problem for example severe wear of the bushing breaking of the bushing breaking of the driving sprocket or the shaft rotating sprocket etc BUSHING BEARINGS replacement The supports must be inserted according to a precise orientation detected from the drawing below Remove dust protections on both sides Remove the fixing screws on A bushing constraining profile Dust protection Remove A profile on both sides Remove the roller shafts Lift the old support and remove it Place the new support Replace A profile F
