Positionner et monter votre injecteur Utiliser les fixations et pingles que nous vous fournissons pour le montage sur une surface solide un mur de pr f rence Voir sch ma 4 Lorsque vous faite l installation une fl che a l entr e vous rappelle le sens du d bit de l eau Couper et vider la ligne d eau Fixer le support de montage sur votre mur Connecter votre injecteur sur la ligne d eau principale Apr s avoir assembl votre injecteur vous pouvez le connecter la ligne d eau principale Pour installer votre injecteur Mesurer la longueur du tuyau pour connecter les valves d entr e et de sortie Couper le tuyau en utilisant un cutter adapt Connecter votre ligne d eau aux coudes d entr e et de sortie La valve d entr e est indiqu e par une fl che montante incrust e en face sur le corps de pompe Assurez vous que l eau entre bien par cette valve Connecting Your Solution Container to Your Injector Refer to figure 5 You may use any size container but we recommend using one with a lid or cover To connect your solution container Gently push the end of the suction tube onto the bottom of the fitting assembly Place the filter into the solution container at least 2 inches from the bottom Cover the solution filter with at least 2 inches of chemical solution Connecter votre injecteur au bac de solution Referez vous au sch ma 5 Vous pouvez utiliser toute taille de f t cepen

14. lang e avec les solutions inject es il est recommand d installer un syst me de d rivation avec une vanne 3 sur le sch ma 3 Cette installation est recommand e car elle permet de d vier la pression de l eau de Pinjecteur lors de r glages ou d entretien et ainsi pr server la p rennit de l appareil INSTALLATION D UN DISCONNECTEUR clapet anti retour PREVENTION UN DISCONNECTEUR NORMALISE DOIT ETRE INSTALLE OBLIGATOIREMENT dans le circuit hydraulique en amont de l injecteur pour emp cher l acc s du r seau principal aux produits chimiques En effet les produits chimiques qui sont inject s peuvent rendre l eau impropre a la consommation Il faut contr ler qu il n y ait pas de fuite d eau une fois la pression d sir e atteinte WE RECOMMEND INSTALLING AN ANTI SIPHON VALVE The water line exiting the unit should have an Ant Siphon valve installed to prevent the full strength of the chemical from siphoning into the feed lines Periodic inspection to ensure sealing is suggested WE RECOMMEND INSTALLING A SHUT OFF VALVE Install the unit as shown in Fig 3 and always control the unit using the valve on the exiting water line IMPORTANT Using the inlet side valve could cause full strength solution to siphon into the feed line and cause water and or air hammer STORAGE Rinse lower end with fresh water Remove the unit from water line Rotate injector until most of the water is drained Remove Cylinder
15. produits placer le tube d aspiration dans un bac d eau propre et filtr e d au moins 4 litres voire plus puis faites fonctionner votre doseur pour que l eau soit aspir e et passe dans la partie inf rieure Fermer la vanne d entr e d eau et abaisser la pression hydraulique de la ligne d eau de l injecteur en ouvrant un robinet Mettre en marche le circuit de d rivation Bypass si n cessaire fig 3 Etape D visser l ensemble de la partie inf rieure du doseur et d tacher le du corps de pompe Garder de cot Etape 2 Manuellement ou l aide d un petit tournevis de poche ter le presse joint qui doit toujours se trouver l entr e du corps de pompe Vous pouvez aussi retirer l ensemble tige de commande piston doseur en premier Etape 3 Retirer l ensemble tige de commande piston doseur du corps de l appareil en tournant d un quart de tour ou d visser NB pour les mod les A12 4ml et 1 le tour doit se faire vers la droite Enlever le joint torique qui a du rester en place gr ce au presse joint 11 Step 4 Replace the shaft assembly with a new one placing the o ring retainer on the shaft assembly Place a new o ring on top of the o ring retainer Step 5 Reinsert the shaft assembly into the body and twist a 1 4 turn until you lock it into place Adjust the o ring retainer until it locks into place Push it firmly up into the body Step 6 Pull the inner cylin
