4. pour augmenter la temp rature de l air Apr s 10 15 minutes retirez l appareil de chauffage et proc dez 3 l installation du joint d tanch it Faites l essai du joint en baissant le couvercle une deuxi me fois afin d assurer que le joint d tanch it entre en contact tout au long du p rim tre Si vous tes satisfait soulevez le couvercle retirez la pellicule rouge du joint d tanch it et baissez le toit n 9 Laissez le couvercle dans cette position pendant deux minutes pour assurer une bonne adh sion entre le joint d tanch it et le couvercle IMPORTANT Ne soulevez pas le couvercle plus d un pouce et laissez le reposer pendant une courte p riode de temps quelques secondes Ceci permettra la lib ration graduelle et complete du joint d tanch it de ses clips Vous pouvez galement utiliser un outil de plastique ou vos doigts pour lib rer le joint d tanch it 8 Une fois certain que le joint d tanch it est lib r soulevez le couvercle et retirez les pinces du joint d tanch it du bord du spa Faites baisser le couvercle et v rifiez encore une fois sa bonne tanch it Si vous tes satisfait soulevez le couvercle et finalisez l installation en exer ant de la pression sur le p rim tre du joint d tanch it afin de correctement solidifier l adh sif sur la coquille interne ASSISTANCE Pour consulter les vid os disponibles sur YouTube en anglais seule

6. 8 Ensuite l aide des vis autoperceuses ins rez quatre vis par poteau Faites l essai du syst me en tournant la cl dans le sens horaire pour faire lever les poteaux Continuez a tenir la cl jusqu ce que le moteur s arr te automatiquement et que les poteaux soient compl tement lev s Tournez la cl dans le sens antihoraire pour baisser les v rins et continuez tenir la cl jusqu ce que le moteur s arr te automatiquement et que les poteaux soient compl tement baiss s La hauteur totale du poteau devrait tre 51 5 po 1 28 m R installez les manchons des poteaux Assurez vous que l ensemble toute saison soit compl tement gliss vers le bas et qu il entre en contact avec le manchon Assurez vous que l une des rondelles plates soit l int rieur et l autre l ext rieur au bas des poteaux IMPORTANT Assurez vous qu il n y ait aucun espace entre le manchon et le support Terminez en serrant les quatre vis M6 au couvercle IMPORTANT ne devrait pas y avoir d espace entre le couvercle et la manchon Va Assurez vous que le couvercle soit d pos au niveau sur le Spa Installez les supports de coin sur chaque coin Fixez premi rement le support sur le couvercle avec le M6 Ne pas serrer compl tement 40 9 Assurez vous que le Covana soit centr et align 12 Assurez vous que le manchon du milieu puisse se sur les quatre c t s par rapport au spa A

14. faire en toute s curit Enlevez la b che blanche l aide d un couteau utilitaire et ne coupez qu au long du p rim tre de la caisse ce A E 2 2 lt L t lt y iy me ns Abe Set A ge APR y VINO l aide d une cl Allen de 7 32 po desserrez les boulons dans le centre des plaques sup rieures des poteaux Ne pas d visser plus de cing tours Enlevez les 10165 ressort le cas ch ant en coupant les attaches de cables du haut et du bas Prenez garde de ne pas endommager le couvercle en retirant les tubes de la caisse 36 10 11 12 Enlevez les deux poteaux simples du support de livraison et d posez les doucement sur le sol Pliez les supports de sorte qu ils soient orient s vers le haut et non encombrants Avec l aide d une autre personne enlevez le sous assemblage des poteaux motoris s du caisson Nous vous recommandons de mettre une main sous le cadre principal et l autre sur le poteau vertical Manipulez et transportez le sous assemblage de sorte que les poteaux soient droits et parall les NE PAS TORDRE Enlevez toutes les pi ces du cadre au bas du caisson Les arbres d entrainement sont situ s dans une des pi ces en U Mettez le caisson en position horizontale retirez le mat riel d emballage des c t s et d sassemblez le caisson Six vis par c t trois sur le haut et trois sur le

17. seal A clean cut must be performed so when closed the hot spa is perfectly sealed 4 NOTE At this stage if the ambient air temperature is below 32 F 0 C a temporary heater must be placed inside the spa for 10 to 15 minutes When the heater is in the spa bring down the cover until it touches the seal to increase the air temperature After 10 to 15 minutes remove the heater and continue with the seal installation Test by lowering the cover again to ensure that the seal makes contact on the entire perimeter If satisfied elevate the cover remove the red plastic backing off the seal and lower the roof to the seal Let the cover rest in this position for two minutes to ensure proper seal to cover adhesion IMPORTANT Now elevate the cover no more than an inch and let the cover rest again for a short period of time a few seconds as this will allow the seal to slowly and fully release from the seal clips A plastic tool or your fingers can be used to help release the seal 8 Once satisfied that the seal is released elevate the cover and remove the seal clips from the tub edge Lower the cover and verify again for proper seal If satisfied elevate the cover and finalize the seal installation by applying pressure on the seal perimeter to properly set the adhesive on the inner surface ASSISTANCE You can also refer to the videos available on Youtube Go to www co
