4. ain the oil from the fork by moving the damping rod Remove the screw placed inside the lower hole for fixing near the wheel pivot Take out the original flute Take out the original counter spring We suggest that you check that the fork rod and the outer fork tube have the following tolerances Max play gap from 0 10 to 0 15 Min play gap from 0 08 to 0 12 If it does not have these tolerances the bushings should be adapted or replaced Re mount the dust seals greased appropriately with B TUBO special grease code no 997615 Insert the Bitubo cartridge without the spring and the top cap into the tube and fix it with the original Allen screw and the washer Then tighten it according to the indications of the motorcylce manufacturer ATTENTION the original counter spring should not be used any longer as the Bitubo cartridge is supplied with its own counter spring Pour out BITUBO synthetic oil SAE 5 until reaching the level of 110 mm from the top of the outer fork tube the measure to be taken without the spring Make a few compressions and extensions of the inner tube in order to allow a correct oil filling Wait at least 2 min before checking the oil level Check the oil level and add more oil if necessary Insert the spring the spacers and the Bitubo top cap Screw the top cap of the fork up to the counter nut and then lock the counter nut Place the outer fork tube near the cap and screw then tighten once the fork is re mou

6. jeu min lt 0 12mm Dans le cas contraire les bagues devront tre chang es 13 Remontez les joints spy et cache poussi re avec la graisse sp ciale Bitubo code n 997615 AVERTISSEMENT Le ressort d origine s il existe ne devra plus tre utilis car les cartouches BITUBO en sont d j dot es 14 Ins rez la cartouche Bitubo sans le ressort et le bouchon sup rieur l int rieur de la fourche et fixez la avec la vis et la rondelle d origine pied de fourche serrez au le couple de serrage indiqu par le constructeur 15 Versez l huile SAE 5jusqu a 110 du bord sup rieur du tube Prendre la mesure sans le ressort et en compression maximale Ex cutez quelques compressions d tente pour permettre l huile de se diffuser 16 Attendez au moins 2 minutes avant de v rifier le niveau d huile 17 V rifiez le niveau d huile et rajoutez en si n cessaire 18 Ins rez le ressort de la cartouche Bitubo 19 Vissez le couvercle sup rieur ressort jusqu au contre crou puis serrez 20 Vissez le bouchon sup rieur de la fourche puis serrez apr s avoir mont la fourche sur la moto NOTE Un tour complet de l crou d ajustement correspond 1 mm de variation de longueur du ressort Le r glage de d part 0 r glage pr charge compl tement devis correspondant la pr charge minimale jusqu 15 tours correspond 15 mm de pr charge maximum ATTENTION Ne jamais atteindre cette valeur AVERTIS
