MSG 3 MSG 3 r vision 1 MSG 3 r vision 2 qui fournit un guide pour le d veloppement du CPCP MSG 3 r vision 2001 incorpore lEZAP dans le Zonal MSG 3 r vision 2002 1 r vision utilis e pour 80 et maintenant la derni re r vision qui vient d tre approuv e par la FAA le MSG 3 r vision 2003 1 6 1 2 2 Evolution de l approche Le MSG 2 utilise un sch ma logique de d cision qui conduit choisir le mode d entretien v rification de l tat temps limite suivi du comportement le mieux adapt l quipement consid r chacun de ces modes correspond un processus de maintenance temps limite TL v rification de l tat VE du comportement SC condition monitoring CM La logique MSG 3 est elle orient e vers la t che et non vers le processus de maintenance comme le MSG 2 convient donc de bien pr ciser la r vision du MSG utilis e pour l laboration du MRBR consid r Cette r vision est habituellement pr cis e dans le MRBR lui m me et bien entendu dans le PPH Cette information est importante pour la compr hension des analyses et leur utilisation ventuelle dans le cadre de modifications majeures Le document MSG est aujourd hui approuv par la FAA et tabli et dit diffus par 6 1 3 Le MSG 3 et le MRBR Globalement les diff rentes versions de MSG 3 sont divis es 3 sections systems powerplant structure zonal Pour chacune une logique et a
2. 6 3 Les ALI est important de noter que les ALI et leurs seuil et intervalle viennent d un processus d analyse fondamentalement diff rent de l analyse MSG utilis e pour les t ches et intervalles list s dans la section structures du MRBR Ces t ches qui sont le fruit du r glement sur la tol rance au dommage de la structure sont en g n ral justifi es par les r sultats d essais en fatigue Or le nombre de vols simul s par ces essais au moment de la certification de type d un nouvel avion permet pas toujours de justifier le DSG C est pourquoi le CDN de type est en g n ral d livr avec environ 1 4 DSG justifi le constructeur se doit de maintenir ensuite dans le d roulement des essais de fatigue une marge de s curit entre le nombre de vols justifies et l avion de la flotte ayant effectu le plus de vols ceci jusqu ce que le DSG avion soit justifi C est alors que la liste des ALI structure est d finie environ 5 ans apr s la certification de type xXx P 51 80 Ed 1 03 2004 Page 11 Par le pass toutes ces t ches taient int gr es dans la section structures du MRBR constructeur et l identification de ces t ches comme exigence de certification tait alors peu ais e Par exemple dans le MRBR A300 600 toutes les inspections structurales relatives la fatigue exprim e en FC de concept de maintenance applicable 100 sont consid r es comme des ALI Depuis peu les constructeurs

81. type certified transport category aircraft and as such meets part of the requirement of JAR 25 1529 JAR 25 Appendix H This chapter provides guidelines for the development of the MRBR process from which the aircraft maintenance programme specified in JAR OPS 1 3 Subpart M can be produced It should be noted that this MRBR is not the aircraft maintenance programme but does provide the initial basis for such a programme 2 Background The process of developing aircraft maintenance programmes for new aircraft and powerplants has evolved from one in which each operator proposed his own unique programme to one in which the Federal Aviation Administration FAA and industry work together to develop the initial minimum maintenance inspection requirements for new aircraft and or powerplants Early experience in the development of initial scheduled maintenance inspection requirements revealed that a programme of effective maintenance tasks could be developed through the use of logical analysis and decision processes In 1968 a maintenance requirements decision and analysis logic was developed by an industry team called the Maintenance Steering Group 1st Task Force This decision logic and analysis procedure were entitled MSG 1 These MSG 1 procedures were used by industry and the FAA to develop the initial minimum maintenance inspection recommendations for the B 747 aircraft and its powerplants The National Aviation Authority NAA members of JAA endorsed the
