1. Die Montage ist einfach und muss nach folgender Reihen folge durchgef hrt werden A L sen der beiden Schrauben M6 8 Abheben des An triebs 1 vom Ventilk rper 7 B Abnahme der Fixierscheibe 2 C Entnahme der Feder 3 abheben des Indikators 4 D L sen der Sechskantmutter SWM21 5 l sen Sie den Geh usetr ger vom Ventil 7 E L sen Sie die Stopfbuchsenverschraubung 9 F Ziehen Sie die Spindel aus dem Ventil 10 G Die O Ringe sind nun zug nglich und k nnen gewartet oder erneuert werden Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge O Ringe 12 14 x 1 78 EPDM 13 12 x 10 x 1 PTFE 14 8 73 x 1 78 EPDM 15 8 73 x 1 78 Viton Bei ge ffnetem Ventil steht die Indikator Anzeige auf wei bzw auf rot Aufbau und Konstruktion der Kugeldichtun gen erlauben einen sanften SchlieBvorgang mit einem sehr niedrigen Drehmoment Dies gew hrleistet eine exakte Positionierung und Dichtheit sowie eine hohe Betriebs sicherheit des Kugelventils 6 Technical description RESOL VA22 The actuator is attached to the ball valve by means of a hexagon nut 5 Therefore the actuator can be easily removed from the ball valve for maintenance work The O rings can be maintained This guarantees high operating safety and reliability The unit can be easily mounted in the following order A Unsrew the two screws M6 8 remove the actuator 1 from valve body 7 B Remove washer 2 C Remove spring
