Trat ndose de un motor IMB5 y IMB 14 sobre todo durante el montaje controlar que las superficies de acoplamiento est n perfectamente limpias y centradas Para los motores IMB3 verificar en caso de acoplamiento con juntas que el eje del motor y de la m quina coincidan y que en caso de efectuar el acoplamiento con poleas la tensi n de las correas no sea excesiva Mantenimento AA Las operaciones de mantenimiento deben ser efectuadas por personal calificado y solo despu s de haber desconectado pr viamente la instalaci n o el motor de la red incluyendo los elementos auxiliares y sobre todo las resistencias anticondensaci n y que no haya ninguna carga aplicada al eje motor Para los motores monof sicos esperar que los condensatores est n descargados A continuaci n comentamos todas las operaciones que deben de efectuarse peri dicamente para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del motor MGM La frecuencia de los controles depende de la aplicaci n espec fica del motor condiciones ambientales n mero de puestas en marcha momento de inercia aplicada etc Es de todos modos aconsejable efectuar la primera verificaci n despu s de un mes de funcionamiento y plantear consecuentemente el programa de manutenci n Verificar peri dicamente que el motor funcione correctamente sin ruidos ni vibraciones anomalas y que las aperturas para el paso del aire de ventilaci n no est n obturadas Verificar anualmente que los cables de alimentac

10. atta con strumento Megger 500V DC cc Non toccare i morsetti durante e negli istanti successivi alla misurazione in quanto i morsetti sono sotto tensione Il motore deve essere collocato in modo da consentire agevoli operazioni di ispezione e manutenzione tenendo conto di eventuali pericoli derivanti dal contatto con parti in movimento con le parti della carcassa che possono superare i 50 C L equilibratura dei motori e stata realizzata con mezza chiavetta applicata all estremit d albero EN60034 14 Per l ancoraggio del motore utilizzare viti di fissaggio di dimensioni adeguate ai fori previsti sulla flangia o sui piedini Qualora il motore sia dotato di piedini scegliere un piano di appoggio solido e rigido in modo da rendere minime le vibrazioni durante il funzionamento All atto del montaggio verificare che il motore e la macchina accoppiate siano allineate accuratamente in quanto un allineamento impreciso pu causare vibrazioni danneggiamento dei cuscinetti e rottura dell estremit dell albero In particolare all atto del montaggio verificare nel caso di motori con forma costruttiva IMB5 e IMB14 che le superfici di accoppiamento siano ben pulite e che il centraggio sia perfetto Per motori IMB3 verificare nel caso di accoppiamento con giunti che l asse del motore e della macchina condotta coincidano e che nel caso si effettui l accoppiamento con pulegge la tensione delle cinghie non sia eccessiva Manutenzione AA Le attivit di
11. avoro adeguati All atto dell installazione verificare che le caratteristiche richieste dal motore coincidano con quanto riportato sulla targa con particolare attenzione alla tensione di alimentazione La serie SM non comprende motori idonei ad essere utilizzati in ambienti con pericolo di esplosione L uso di un motore non idoneo in un ambiente con pericolo di esplosione puo causare gravi danni a persone cose Verificare che le guarnizioni siano in perfette condizioni e perfettamente alloggiate nelle loro sedi che le aperture d ingresso cavo siano ben chiuse e che sia garantito il grado di protezione indicato in targa Per installazioni all aperto si raccomanda di proteggere opportunamente il motore dall irraggiamento e dalle intemperie E opportuno evitare che i bocchettoni per l ingresso dei cavi siano posizionati verso l alto Si consiglia inoltre che i cavi di collegamento arrivino dal basso verso l alto per evitare fenomeni di gocciolamento o ristagno dell acqua Nel caso in cui siano rimossi i golfari se presenti necessario per garantire il grado di protezione IP che siano sostituiti con viti di medesimo passo e lunghezza Per motori con montaggio in posizione verticale necessario che il motore sia provvisto di tettuccio parapioggia Verificare prima della messa in servizio o dopo lunghi periodi di inattivit o giacenza in magazzino che la resistenza di isolamento verso massa non sia inferiore a 25MQ la misura deve essere f
