3. rieure du coude du levier 319 N B Maintenez l crou 104 en dessous du coude du levier 5 Utilisez le marteau pour ins rer l autre goupille lastique 106 dans l axe perc 105 La barre du timon est maintenant fix e la pompe 6 Ins rez la pi ce 129 dans la pi ce 447 B R glage du timon 1 Le timon 117 poss de 3 positions pour diff rentes fonctions Position I Lev e rapide des fourches Position II D placement de la charge Position III Baisse des fourches 2 V rifiez les diff rentes fonctions en positionnant le timon 117 dans les 3 diff rentes positions S il ne fonctionne pas correctement r gler l crou 104 ou le boulon 318 comme suit Probl me Sens de rotation de l crou Sens de rotation du boulon 104 318 Les fourches ne se l vent pas Contraire Contraire Les fourches ne se baissent pas Horaire Horaire 3 Expulsion de l air de la pompe Si les fourches ne se l vent pas aussit t d s que vous actionnez le timon cela signifie qu il y a de l air dans la pompe Desserrez la vis 303N de la pompe en levant et abaissant tout doucement le timon pour faire sortir l air de la pompe Resserrez ensuite la vis 4 Ajout d huile Si les fourches ne se l vent pas compl tement il est possible qu il manque de l huile Veuillez en rajouter en utilisant une huile ISO VG32 ou quivalente La viscosit doit tre de 32cSt 40 C Il est interdit de m langer les huiles
