4. s aux utilisations des lasers La classe 3B est susceptible d tre dangereuse dans certaines conditions La classe 4 requiert des pr cautions rigoureuses INSTALLATION DE L APPAREIL Les appareils de classe 3 et 4 utilisables exclusivement en plein air sont mis en ceuvre par un technicien comp tent et form aux risques sp cifiques des lasers et accompagn s d une notice La zone dite zone r serv e au public est d finir par l espace situ jusqu 3 m tres au dessus de la surface occup e par le public et sur une bande de 2 5 m tres autour de cette derni re La zone r serv e est mat rialis e au sol Dans cette zone aucun tir laser 5 rayonnement fixe rectiligne n est admis en direction du public quelle que soit la classe du laser sauf si un p rim tre d exclusion du public de 4 m tres de rayon mat rialis et mis en place Seul est admis un rayonnement par balayage rayonnement en permanence en mouvement dans cette zone UTILISATION L appareil laser est hors de port e du public au minimum 3 A3 m tres au dessus du sol accessible au public ou Protege par un perimetre de securite de 5 metres de rayon L exploitant s assure que les appareils de classe 3B et 4 est mis en uvre par un technicien competent et form aux risques specifiques des lasers qui est present pendant tout la dur e de l animation et est en mesure de l arr ter imm diatement Lors de l installation ou de reglages
