S KEURIG Premium Coffee Systems USE amp CARE GUIDE B200 SINGLE CUP BREWING SYSTEM BREWING EXCELLENCE ONE CUP AT A TIME Please read and save these instructions Pour des directives en francais veuillez vous reporter a la page 19 SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS KEURIG GOURMET SINGLE CUP COMMERCIAL BREWING SYSTEM Model B200 Use amp Care Guide SAFE OPERATION amp USE IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS When using electrical appliances basic safety precaution should be followed including the following 1 2 1 o 1 1 D Read all instructions before using Do not touch hot surfaces Use handles and knobs when available This appliance must be properly installed and located in accordance with these instructions before it is used The use of an accessory not evaluated for use with this appliance may cause injuries Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven Do not use outdoors To protect against electric shock do not immerse cords plugs or the appliance in water or any other liquid Do not overfill the Water Reservoir with water Use only water in this appliance Do not put any other liquids or foods in the Water Reservoir except as instructed in the Cleaning Instructions in this guide Unplug the coffee brewer before cleaning or draining Allow to cool before attaching or removing parts and before cleaning the appliance For2. ce ERR cristaux liquides indique CHAUFFAGE 3 Si vous pr voyez utiliser la cafeti re en mode ATTENDRE remplissage manuel faites basculer le com mutateur de remplissage manuel plomberie vers la gauche la position POUR OVER Le commutateur de remplissage manuel plomberie est situ derri re une petite porte qui se trouve l arri re de la cafeti re dans le coin inf rieur droit Durant la proc dure de pr paration la cafeti re vous indiquera le moment opportun pour ajouter de l eau ainsi que les tapes du cycle de pr paration Suivre Retirez la petite porte d acc s situ e l arri re de la cafeti re droite et v rifiez si le commu tateur du disjoncteur est la position de r ini tialisation RESET puis remettez la porte en place Appuyez sur le bouton de mise en marche POWER situ l arri re de la cafeti re dans le coin inf rieur droit L afficheur de messages l indicateur de niveau d eau et les boutons d infusion s allumeront La cafeti re se remplira automatiquement si elle est en mode plomberie et l eau sera chauff e Durant la p riode de pr paration et de chauffage l afficheur de messages cristaux liquides indiquera l tat de la cafeti re Lorsque l eau est chaude environ 3 minutes Pafficheur indique le d but d une infusion de Lafficheur de PRET CHOISIR K CUP Placez une tasse sur le plateau tasse

Soulevez la poign e et le support K Cup s ouvrira Lafficheur de messages indiquera INSERER UNE K CUP BAISSER LA POIGNEE ATTENTION Le godet K Cup est perfor par deux aiguilles une au dessus du support a K Cup et l autre au fond du support a K Cup Pour viter tout risque de blessure ne pas met tre les doigts dans le compartiment de la K Cup 4 Choisissez un godet K Cup REMARQUE Ne perforez pas le godet K Cup et n enlevez pas son couvercle d aluminium 5 Placez un godet K Cup sur le support a K Cup tel qu il est illustr la fig 5 6 Abaissez compl tement la poign e pour fermer le couvercle T Lafficheur de messages indique nettoyage ainsi que les tapes suivre 7 Sila cafeti re est en mode remplissage manuel Pafficheur vous indiquera d ajouter de l eau La porte du r servoir est situ e au dessus de la poign e argent e de la cafeti re Assurez vous que le filtre eau est en place avant de verser l eau dans la cafeti re Continuez ajouter de l eau jusqu ce que le r servoir d eau froide soit plein Vous entendrez alors un timbre sonore et tous les voyants DEL de l indicateur de niveau d eau clignoteront PLACER VOTRE TASSE CHOISIR LE FORMAT 26 Les deux boutons d infusion clignoteront jusqu a ce que vous ayez fait votre choix Une fois votre choix fait le bouton s lectionn demeurera allum tandis que l autre s
4. tape 5 Remplissez et vidangez le r servoir d eau froide trois fois avec de l eau fraiche puis remplissez le une derni re fois avec de l eau fraiche tape 6 Placez une tasse de c ramique sur le plateau tasse et effectuez une infusion ordinaire sans K Cup Videz le contenu de la tasse dans l vier n oubliez pas qu ce stade ci le r servoir d eau chaude contient toujours de l acide citrique tape 7 R p tez le processus d infusion sans K CupMC jusqu ce que le r servoir d eau froide soit vide en jetant chaque fois le contenu de la tasse Pour acc l rer le processus nous vous recommandons de choisir le plus grand format de tasse N oubliez pas de soulever et d abaisser la poign e de la cafeti re entre chaque cycle de fa on ce que les voyants d infusion bleus clignotent Etape 8 Vous devrez peut tre effectuer des cycles de ringage suppl mentaires si vous d celez un go t r siduel REMARQUE Une fois la proc dure termin e si l afficheur de messages continue de vous avertir d effectuer un d tartrage r p tez la proc dure ci dessus 30 SECTION 3 FONCTIONS DU MENU Entrer et naviguer 1 Eteignez la cafeti re en mettant le commu tateur de mise en marche a la position OFF 2 Retirez la petite porte d acc s situ e a l arri re de la cafeti re dans le coin inf rieur droit 3 Mettez le commutateur de mise en marche la position ON et appuy

Cette cafeti re est congue pour fonctionner une pression d eau maximale de 125 Ib po2 Consultez un plombier autoris pour conna tre la pression d eau de votre r gion Utilisez des raccords de plomberie et de la tuyauterie concus pour r sister des pres sions de 125 Ib po2 AVERTISSEMENT Cette cafeti re doit tre utilis e avec un filtre eau externe comme le filtre Omnipure KQ8A de Keurig Inc Un filtre externe KQ8A peut tre fix l arri re de la cafeti re l aide des vis de montage fournis cet effet pi ce 19 fig 3 MN D vissez les deux vis de montage situ es l arri re de la cafeti re en haut et accrochez le filtre KQ8A 3 Serrez les deux vis de montage sans exc s REMARQUE Le filtre KQ8A est dot d ori fices d alimentation et de sortie de 1 4 po de filetage gaz femelle FPT Lorifice d alimentation de la cafeti re est dot d un filetage pour boyau m le de 3 4 po Il est recommand d utiliser un tuyau LLDPE poly thyl ne basse densit lin aire de 1 4 po de diam tre ext rieur entre le filtre et la cafeti re o N Reliez l orifice d alimentation INLET du filtre la conduite d alimentation en eau Branchez un long tuyau l orifice de sortie EXIT du filtre NE BRANCHEZ PAS LE FILTRE DE LA CAFETIERE TOUT DE SUITE Lefiltre doit d abord tre rinc pour limin er les d p ts de charbon Mettez le long tuyau dans un

8. prompt raise the handle and then lower it as if a K Cup has been placed in the holder Press the 80z largest size brew button repeat twice more to complete the sanitizing process A ENTRANCE NEEDLE GASKET B ENTRANCE NEEDLE C NEEDLE SURROUND SURFACE Cleaning the K Cup Portion Pack Holder Assembly K Cup Holder Assembly K Cup Holder gt 1 Cleaning the Parts The K Cup Holder Assembly Fig 9 is dish washer safe To remove from the Brewer open the cover by lifting the Handle Grasp the top of the K Cup Holder with one hand while pushing up on the bottom of the K Cup Holder from underneath with the other until it releases After cleaning align the K Cup Holder with the opening using the two front ribs as a guide and snap into place from the top 2 Cleaning the Funnel The Funnel can be removed from the K Cup Holder by pulling on it until it snaps off The Funnel is dishwasher safe To replace it just snap it back onto the K Cup Holder Assembly 3 Cleaning the Exit Needle The Exit Needle is located on the inside bottom of the K Cup Holder Assembly Should a clog arise due to coffee grinds it can be cleaned using a paper clip or similar tool Remove K Cup Holder insert the paper clip into the Needle to loosen the clog and push it out The K Cup Holder is dishwasher safe NOTE The Entrance needle does not require cleaning CAUTION There are sharp needles that pun

STOPPED you close the handle CLOSE HANDLE the brewing will continue NOTE Following the brew your Brewer will fill in preparation for the next brew The pump will make a vibrating sound This is normal Stopping the Brew Process If you need to stop the brewing after the process has started you can either lift the handle in which case the LCD will display and the flow of CLOSE HANDLE coffee or tea will stop or you can press the Power Button to turn the Brewer OFF the flow of coffee or tea will stop the heating element will shut off and the LCD screen water level indicator and brew buttons will extinguish NOTE You may get less coffee or tea in your cup during your next brew if you power off while brewing We recommend that you per form a cleansing brew without a K Cup after a terminated brew Then your NEXT brew will be the proper selected volume Adding Water Pour Over Mode The LCD screen of your Brewer will indicate when to add water To fill lift the fill door and pour in water Fig 7 It is recommended that you fill the Brewer completely each time The water level indicator on the upper left side of the brewer will show the relative water level and the brewer will signal you when to stop adding water by flashing all the bars of the water level indicator accompanied by an audible beep When water level becomes too low the Brewer LCD screen will signal ADD WATER you to and will prevent TO CO

19. 6 COIN MECHANISM ACCESSORY If a Coin Acceptor Accessory kit is ordered with this Brewer the accessory package will include an Installation Guide To activate the Coin Mechanism Accessory enter the menu as outlined in section 3 The Coin Acceptor Accessory kit comes with a faceplate for the right side of the Brewer This faceplate includes the entrance slot for deposit ing coins a coin return button to return a jammed coin and the coin return slot at the bottom The Brewer will step the customer through normal usage automatically The Coins are collected in a container inside the brewer and are accessed through a locked door behind the Drip Tray When the coin container becomes full the Coin Acceptor will no longer register a coin deposit It is at this time that the user should empty the container The Coin Acceptor accessory will accept US 25 10 5 and Keurig token and Canadian 1 25 10 and 5 coins Storage Drain both the Hot Water and Cold Water tanks before storing and take care to ensure that you store your Brewer in a safe and frost free envi ronment It is suggested to store your brewer in the upright position If you store the Brewer in a cold environment you run the risk of water freezing inside the Brewer and causing damage When you prepare to use it after storage we recommend rinsing the Water Reservoir with fresh water and running three cleansing brews without a K Cup If you plan to mov
