Anh ngers und stellen Sie die Sattelst tze auf die gew nschte H he ein Schieben Sie den O Ring auf der Kupplung herunter und ziehen Sie die Schraube fest Lassen Sie gen gend Vertikalspiel ca 0 5mm damit der Anh nger sich frei um die Sattelst tze drehen kann Abbildung k 14 Nach den ersten Kilometern berpr fen Sie bitte dass alle Teile insbesondere die Kupplung gut angezogen sind 9 16 B UNO 100 1 Packen Sie zun chst einmal alle Teile aus 2 Montieren Sie die Deichsel am Rahmen bis Sie ein Klick h ren und er in der gew nschten Position anrastet Sie k nnen zwischen 3 Positionen w hlen Schrauben Sie nun die zwei Schrauben Inbusschl ssel 5 fest Benutzen Sie einen Drehmoment 8Nm Abbildung f 3 Falls die Anh ngerkupplung noch nicht montiert ist fixieren Sie sie mit der kurzen 10mm Achse 5mm Inbusschl ssel und 13mm gro er Steckschl ssel Platzieren Sie die zwei Scheiben zwischen dem schwarzen Teil CNC und der Deichsel Wenn sie eingebaut sind kann das schwarze Teil noch mit einer minimalen St rke gedreht werden Drehmoment 8Nm max Sie muss ein bisschen vorgespannt sein um sicher zu sein dass es kein der Stabilit t sch digendes Seitenspiel gibt Setzen Sie nun die schwarze Plastikabdeckung auf die Schraubenmutter Abbildung g 4 Bauen Sie dann das Schutzblech ein Schraube auf dem Arm und die St tzstangen auf dem Hinterrad und das F hnchen ein Abbildung i 8 j 5 Pr fen Sie dass es k

7. aide des deux vis CHC M8 Cl s Allen num ro 6 Utiliser un couple de 18Nm Figure e amp e Si attelage n est pas mont le mettre en position et le fixer l aide de axe de 10mm court cl Allen de 5 mm et cl douille de 13mm Bien placer les deux rondelles entre la pi ce noire CNC et la chape du timon Une fois serr e la pi ce noire d attelage doit pouvoir tourner mais toutefois en demandant une force minimum couple de serrage 8Nm maxi Celle ci doit tre un peu pr contrainte afin d assurer absence de jeu qui nuirait la stabilit de votre remorque Placer ensuite le cache crou en plastique noir du cot de l Ecrou Figure g Dans le cas de la KIT L80 monter les 2 arceaux lat raux Avant cela passer lastigue au travers des arceaux et du cadre le tendre puis faire un noeud plat Figure h h 8 h Monter ensuite le garde boue 3 vis au total la roue arri re ainsi que le fanion de s curit Figure i i amp j V rifier absence de jeu dans assemblage ainsi que la libre rotation de la roue arri re Regler la pression de l amortisseur l aide d une pompe haute pression pour amortisseur Celle ci peut tre ajust e en fonction de la charge transport e Tab 1 Vous pouvez maintenant atteler la remorque a votre v lo ou tandem Pour ce faire retirez l ensemble selle tige de selle de votre v lo Nettoyer votre tige de selle Glisser la bague de serrage noire sur votre tige

12. e the swing arm and the wheel Check that everything is correctly screwed especially the quick release of the wheel and the screws of the tow bar Grease regularly approximately every 50 hours the different axes with bike grease for example with the Bike Grease 2000 from Motorex Check regularly the air pressure of the tire and of the shock absorber Respect the minimum and maximum air pressure specified on the tire and specified in the notice of the rear shock Lubricate the plunger of the shock with a teflon oil Spray the teflon oil on the plunger then compress the shock 5 times and clean the plunger This operation is made to clean the plunger and the seal Clean the frame only with soap and clean water Every 3 years replace the hitch Even if it still looks good it is more secure to change it Concerning the shock absorber follow the manual of the supplier If you encounter any problem with your Aevon trailer please contact your dealer or directly Aevon 4 Warranty The Aevon trailers have a 2 years warranty This warranty is only valid in case of vice of fabrication The following things are not covered by the warranty bad usage bad assembly extreme usage modification of the trailer made by the user problems due to a bad or to the absence of service The following wearing parts are excluded from the warranty bearings screws nuts tires tubes paint The warranty works only for the first end user
