ATTENZIONE Lo smontaggio della molla consentito soltanto a personale autorizzato ed opportunamente addestrato dalla ditta costruttrice Maneggiare con molta attenzione le molle potrebbero verificarsi gravi incidenti 8 1 Togliere il tampone di ar resto in gomma e far rien trare lentamente il tubo all interno dell avvolgitubo in modo da scaricare com pletamente la molla 8 2 Svitare il giunto girevole 8 3 Svitare le 4 viti lato molla con una chiave da 10 mm 8 4 Smontare le 4 viti di chiu sura dei due semigusci Asportare il semiguscio e la bocchetta ed estrarre il tamburo 8 5 Estrarre il mozzo centra le dal carter portamolla 8 6 Sollevare le linguette sul tamburo con un cacciavi te e far ruotare il carter portamolla in modo da svincolarlo dal tamburo 8 7 Capovolgere il tamburo ed estrarre il pacco molla facendo molta attenzione che la molia non fuoriesca dal carter 8 8 Inserire il mozzo nel nuo vo pacco molla aggan ciando la molla all intaglio Ingrassare la molla ed il mozzo 8 9 Mettere in piedi il tambu ro ed inserire il nuovo pacco molla con molta at tenzione Bloccare le linguette 8 10 Assemblare l avvolgitubo e caricare la molla come previsto al punto 6 4 del capitolo Montaggio del tubo 4 ALLACCIAMENTO Gli avvolgitubo della serie chiusa sono adatti per distribuire aria compressa olio grasso acqua a bassa e ad alta temperatura alle pressioni gi indicate in preceden

8. jede Haftung f r Sch den ab welche aus unsachgem sser Installation i TE GB 8 SPRING REPLACEMENT The spring which allows to rewind the hose is placed inside a proper housing which is joint to the drum WARNING The disassembly of the spring is only permitted to the staff authorized and suitably trained by the manufacturer Handle the springs with the greatest care serious accidents might occur 8 1 Take out the hose rubber stop and rewind slowly the hose inside the hose reel SO that the spring is fully unloaded Loosen the swivel joint Loosen the four screws on the spring side by a 10 mm wrench Disassemble the 4 screws which lock the two side bodies Take out the side body and the rollers support and draw out the drum Take out the central shaft from the spring housing Lift the tangs on the drum by a screwdriver and rotate the spring housing in order to release it from the drum Turn upside down the drum and take out the spring with housing paying the greatest care to prevent the spring from going out Insert the shaft into the new spring with housing hooking the spring to the incision Grease the spring and the shaft Put the drum straight and place the new spring with housing with the utmost care Block the tangs 0 Assemble the hose ree and load the spring as indicated at point 6 4 of the chapter HOSE ASSEMBLY CF 8 REMPLACEMENT DU RESSORT Le ressort qui permet le retour du tuyau se tro

NTERIEUR DE L ENROULEUR 6 8 Monter de nouveau le cache acc s 6 MONTAGE DES SCHLAUCHES Mod Ohne Schlauch Die Schlauchaufroller ohne Schlauch werden mit unges annter Feder geliefert Um die Feder auszuhaken m ssen folgende Vorschriften befolgt werden Es muss ein Schlauch verwendet werden der den Massen und dem Druck gemass der Tabelle des Schlauchrollers entspricht 6 1 Den Schlauchroller an Tisch befestigen Den Verschlussdeckel mit einem Schraubenzieher demontieren 6 2 Den Schlauch durch die F hrungswalzen einf hren an den Anschluss in der Trommel verbinden und mit dem Schl ssel anziehen 6 3 Den Schlauchstopper ca 50 cm vor dem Ende des Schlauches montieren 6 4 Mit einem 14 mm Imbusschl ssel in spannmutter ein stecken und Feder anheben 4 Schrauben aus der Nabe entfernen und Spannmutter mit Schl ssel anheben 6 5 Mit Imbusschl ssel im Gegenuhrzeigersinn solange drehen bis der Schlauchstopper an den Anschlag kommt 6 8 Mit Imbusschl ssel 1 1 2 Umdrehungen im Gegenuhrzeigersinn Feder vorsichtig spannen Mit den 4 schrauben wieder Spannmutter befestigen 6 7 Sich vergewissern ob alles korrekt funktioniert indem der Schlauch vollst ndig ab und aufgerollt wird NICHT HANDE ODER GEGESTANDE INS INNERE DES SCHLAUCHROLLERS HALTEN ODER EINFUHREN 6 8 Verschlussdeckel montieren D claration CE de conformit EC Declaration of Conformity n EG Konformit tserkl rung Dichiarazione CE di conformit 4n
