3. hane Ultra Rich Floor Stair is a water borne oil modified slightly amber urethane finish designed to perform exceptionally well on interior wood floors and stairs of all species Broda Pro Thane is non flammable and dries quickly All Broda products are safe to use with low VOG low odour and easy cleanup using soap and water USE ON All types of interior wood floors and stairs PREPARATION Careful preparation is essential to the success of your project All surfaces must be clean and free from dust dirt wax grease and oil Sand in the direction of the grain Finish all staining and leave for recommended drying time before applying finish coats REMOVE ALL DUST FROM SURFACE TO BE COATED Moisture content of wood must be 12 or below Always test for adhesion appearance and colour in an inconspicuous area before applying Protect cover or mask all areas and surfaces that do not require coating RECOMMENDED 2 or 3 coats of Broda Pro Thane Ultra Rich Floor Stair MIXING Stir container well and ensure contents are completely mixed DO NOT SHAKE CONTAINER If product is tinted ensure all tint is mixed evenly throughout container Intermix all containers of the same colour APPLICATION Apply by sprayer HVLP brush or pad Dilute up to 5 with water if necessary for ease of application Apply each coat to recommended coverage On wood sand lightly between coats to remove raised grain During and after each application check surface a
