10. 21 1 2 pp 233 236 2009 Action Report of Research Station Environment Conscious Life Cycle Design 1 with Products Information Kenji YURA Abstract The article is an action report of the UEC Research Station called Environment Conscious Life Cycle Design with Products Information from Japanese FY2003 to 2007 After showing the motivations to start the station the objective is described Recycling plant visits and lectures held by the station are also enumerated Then the research activity is explained The research topic is concerned with e3 PLM The PLM is a kind of PLM Product Lifecycle Management and it is an ecology oriented enduser oriented and electronic ICT Information Communication Technology based system The special features are that the importance of end users is insisted and product use history data are utilized to realize environment friendly product management As the results the framework of the PLM is developed and the structure of database for the PLM is designed For the important scenes in product lifecycle the value of information is evaluated and the methods to utilize the information are developed Finally the activities of the station are summarized and a future plan is described Key words Product Lifecycle Manag
