Voor de modellen met transmissie met aftakas schakelt u de aftakas uit stopt u de tractor en neemt u de cardanas weg 60 110 120 2 0 2 ELEKTRISCHE MOTOR De elektrische motor kan geleverd worden met een voeding van 220V of 380V afhankelijk van het model Mocht de elektrische motor stuk gaan dan wend u zich tot vakkundig en door de Fa brikant bevoegd 3 0 ONDERHOUD Alle onderhoudswerkzaamheden moeten absoluut uitgevoerd worden wanneer de motor uitgeschakeld is en de trekkracht weggenomen is De elektrische motor in de versie met elek trische voeding is van het type een driefase met inductie asynchroon en behoeft geen onderhoud omdat de montage plaatsge vonden heeft met gepantserde lagers met permanente smering De vertragingsgroep in de versie met voeding met cardanas heeft in oliebad getemperd en gecementeerd raderwerk Het is daarom nodig om regelmatig of na een langdurige stilstand het oliepeil van de vertragingsgroep te controleren Gebruik uitsluitend olie van het type SAE 90 EP 1 Controleer het hydraulische oliepeil met behulp van de staaf die in de vulleiding ge stoken wordt 8 Afb 1 Op de staaf is een teken aangebracht die het maximumpeil aanduidt 2 Smeer regelmatig de mobiele kolom 18 Afb 1 met vet 3 Controleer regelmatig de leidingen van de hydraulische installatie In geval van slijtage of defect de leidingen door gespecialiseerd

9. 1 Controlar el nivel del aceite hidr ulico mediante la varilla colocada en el tubo de llenado 12 Fig 1 sobre la varilla hay una muesca que indica el nivel m ximo 2 Lubricar peri dicamente la columna m vil 2 Fig 1 con grasa 3 Verifiquen peri dicamente que las guias de deslizamiento sobre la columna fija no sean desgasadas Eventualmente pidan su sustituci n al personal especializado y autorizado 4 Periodicamente controlar los tubos de la instalaci n hidr ulica si estuvieran gasta dos o rotos hacerlos sustituir por personal especializado y autorizado 5 Despu s de las primeras 25 30 horas de trabajo sustituir el aceite hidr ulico contenido en el tanque Luego cambiarlo cada 100 horas usaraceite ESSO INVA ROL EP46 o compatible operando en la forma siguiente Quitar el tapon 1 Fig 9 y descargar comple tamente el aceite contenido en el tanque teniendo la m quina ligeramente alzada Cuando est completamente vac o enro 51 scar el tapon de fondo Lienar el tanque hasta el nivel indicado enroscar el tapon con la varilla de control y lievar a cabo algunas maniobras luego controlar y eventualmente completar hasta el nivel indicado Durante esta operacion es oportuno tam bi n limpiar el filtro 21 fig 1 Para esto destornillar los tornillos que lo aseguran al tanque y limpiar el filtro con disolvente como gasolina u otro producto similar final de la operaci n ensamblar de nuevo el conju
