O ARRANCAR LA BOMBA e La bomba es autoaspirante usando tuber as de 850 1 1 2 para bombas hasta 1 CV de potencia de 263 2 para bombas superiores a 1 CV de potencia Arrancar la bomba esperar hasta que la bomba se cebe esto puede tardar m s de 5 minutos El tiempo de cebado depender de la longitud vertical y horizontal del tubo de aspiraci n Si la bomba no se cebase parar la Bomba y buscar las causas Asegurarse de que las v lvulas de aspiraci n impulsi n est n abiertas cuando la bomba est funcionando e Asegurarse que el motor gira libremente No poner en marcha si est bloqueado Para este fin los motores tienen una ranura en el extremo del eje de la zona de ventilador que permite comprobarlo de forma manual con un destornillador ver fig 1 Arrancar pocos segundos el motor de 3 segundos controlar que el sentido de giro corresponde con el indicado en la flecha situada en la tapa ventilador Si no fuera asi avisar al personal t cnico autorizado Para cambiar el sentido de giro en los motores trif sicos cambiar la posici n de dos de los cables de alimentaci n del motor Comprobar que el motor no supera el consumo indicado en la de caracteristicas del motor En caso contrario regular con la valvula situada en la impulsi n de la bomba 7 2 MANTENIMIENTO Antes de cualquier manipulaci n en la bomba desconectar Norma DIN la alimentaci n el ctrica de la bomba 4844 W8
