3. c Bedienung des Ger tes 7 K rperhaltung bei der Messung Die Messung sollte m glichst im Sitzen durchgef hrt werden In Ausnahme f llen ist auch eine Messung im Stehen oder Liegen zul ssig Messung im Sitzen Setzen Sie sich dazu an einen Esstisch lehnen Sie Ihren R cken an der Stuhllehne an und st tzen Sie Ihren Unterarm so ab dass sich die Manschette genau auf Herzh he befindet F e auf den Boden aufstellen und Beine nicht berkreuzen Messung im Liegen Legen Sie sich auf den R cken Das Ger t am Handgelenk anlegen und z B durch ein Kissen ge amp st tzt in Herzh he halten Um sich vor der Messung as zu entspannen atmen Sie 5 oder 6 mal tief durch Arm w hrend der Messung unbedingt ruhig halten und nicht sprechen DE 16 Bedienung des Ger tes LC Bitte beachten Sie e Handgelenk auf keinen Fall abknicken e Hand locker halten nicht verkrampfen keine Faust bilden e Falls sich die Manschette in einer niedrigeren bzw h heren Position als Herzh he befindet kann der gemessene Wert h her bzw niedriger ausfallen 8 Blutdruck messen e Das Ger t durch Dr cken auf die Start Stopp Taste ONE No BEBE einschalten Folgendes Display wird sichtbar o paa Da u e Nachdem das Ger t seinen Abgleich gegen den Umge Ne Dear bungsluftdruck vorgenommen hat wird die Manschette gy S000 automatisch bis ca 190 mmHg aufgepumpt Falls dieser iv Pape anschettendruck fiir die Mes
