8. chine Der PRETREAT maker III ist mit verschiedenen Sicherheitsvorrichtungen ausgestattet um eine sichere Anwendung zu gewahrleisten Hauptsicherung 6A Die Hauptsicherung 6A befindet sich in hinteren Teil der Maschine Im Fall eine Uberlastung schiitzt sie die Maschine vor einem Schaden 12VAC Installation Die komplette Steuerung der Maschine die Tastern Schalter Einstellungen und Pumpen werden mit sicheren 12 VAC angeschlossen Die 230 VAC Spannung befindet sich nur im hinteren Teil der Maschine 1 5 Sicherheitsvorkehrungen am Arbeitsplatz Aufstellung und Montage der Maschine Die Montage und Aufstellung der Maschine muss unter Aufsicht einer dazu befugten Person stattfinden und je nach dem welches Model der Maschine installiert wird und wie schwer diese ist muss die Montage von zwei bzw mehreren Personen nach vorliegende Bedienungsanleitung durchgef hrt werden Pr fung der Maschine Nach einer ordnungsgem en Installation und Montage der Maschine muss unbedingt gepr ft werden ob die Maschine funktionsf hig ist keine Transportsch den tr gt und keine Sicherheitsm ngel vorweist Diese Pr fung darf nur von dem Arbeitgeber oder hierzu bef gten Personen durchgef hrt werden und hat Zweck sich von der ordnungsgem en Montage und der sicheren Funktionen der Maschine zu berzeugen Arbeitgeber Sicherheitsingenieur oder eine andere dazu bef higte Person soll diese Pr fung aufzeichnen Sollte diese Pr fung Abweichunge
