WARNING Do not approach with hands or feet near the gipsy and chain when operating WARNING When the windlass is not in use or before use the handle turn off the windlass at the main switch WARNING Engage the chain stopper after anchoring Windlass must not be used as sole means securing anchor in bow fitting Anchors should be independently secured to prevent accidental release WARNING Be sure the clutch and the chain stopper are well engaged before boating Gipsy Clutch Operation Gipsy is connected to the main shaft by a clutch items 523 and 521 523 and 531 or 565 521 565 531 To engage the clutch insert the handle supplied into the clutch nut 273 or gipsy cap 530 Tighten the clutch by turning the handle clockwise until you cannot move the handle any more Turning the handle counter clockwise loosens the clutch Remove and store the handle Raising The Anchor Start the engine of the boat Be sure that the clutch is well engaged Draw out the handle from the gipsy cap Push the button UP of the foot switch or remote control Do not use the windlass to pull the boat to the anchor Release the button UP to stop the anchoring When you haul the last metres of the chain pay attention to the anchor which may damage the bow of your boat If case the anchor be stranded and the Lofrans circuit breaker gets released wait some minutes before put it back into service and try the manoeuvre once more Shou

Setzen Sie den Handgriff in der Kupplung Mutter oder Kupplungkappe ein Drehen Sie nach rechts und eine St rke wegen des Fr hlinges berwinden Da es kein Verh ltnis gibt halten Sie bitte im Verstand falls von tief befestingen der Druck hart ist WARTUNG WARNUNG Von allen Wartungsarbeiten an der Winde unterbrechen Sie die Stromzufuhr indem Sie den Stromunterbrecher auf OFF stellen und entfernen Sie vorsichtig die Kette von der KettenuB und das Tau von der Trommel Eine korrekte und regelm ige Wartung ist unabdingbar f r die volle Leistungsf higkeit Ihrer Winde Entfernen Sie die Salzschicht die sich regelm ig auf dem u eren Geh use absetzt mindestens einmal im Monat um Elektrolyseprobleme zu vermeiden Reinigen Sie die Oberfl chen vor allem die schwer zuganglichen Stellen an denen sich Salz ablagert mit klaren Wasser Wir empfehlen mindestens alle sechs Monate die KettennuB und die Trommel wie folgt auseinander zu bauen Reinigen und berpr fen Sie alle Teile und spr chen Sie anschlieBend mit CRC 3097 LONG LIFE oder WD40 ein Achten Sie darauf daB keine Elektrolyse Spuren vorhanden sind und fetten Sie das Gewinde der Hauptwelle Falls der Elektromotor nach l ngerer Zeit der Nichtbenutzung langsam l uft empfehlen wir die Kohleb rsten zu kontrollieren und wenn n tig auszutauschen Falls die Getriebebox und der Elektromotor in der feuchten Umgebung eines Kettenkastens installiert sind empfehlen wir Ihren dringend

WG 125 Amps 1500 Watt 24 V 150 Ah 35 mm 2 AWG 70 Amps Wenn die Winde mit einer schw cheren Batterie als hier angegeben betrieben wird ist die Leistung geringer und der Verschlei gr er Wir empfehlen den Gebrauch bester Qualit ts kabel die isolieren und hitzebest ndig sind Der Kabelquerschnitt sollten um 30 50 erh ht werden falls die L nge der Kabel positiv un negativ mehr als 10 Meter betr g Die Kabel die mit elektrischen Schaltern verbunden sind dargestellt durch d nne Linien im Schaltplan sollten einen Durchmesser von ca 1 5 mm haben Die Sicherung hat drei Funktionen sie sch tz vor gef hrlichen Kurzschl ssen sie sch tz den Windenmotor vor Sch den durch berm ige Stromaufnahme und sie unterbricht die Spannung zur Winde falls gew nscht Die Sicherung mu an einem trockenen zug nglichen und sichtbaren Platz installiert werden Aus Sicherheitsgr nden empfehlen wir da die Winde und die Fernbedienung w hrend der Fahrt voneinander getrennt und w hrend des Ankerman vers wieder miteinander verbunden werden Sie sollten die Kontrollbox m glichst an einem trockenen Platz an Bord installieren Wir empfehlen mindestens zwei Fernbedienungen einzubauen um die Ankerwinde auch dann noch steuern zu k nnen wenn eine von ihnen besch digt werden sollte Zum Schutz der elektrischen Fernbedienungen ist es notwendig eine Sicherung von 5 Ampere einzubauen Bez glich elektrischer Fernbedienungen empfehlen wir Ihnen
