16. beitsschritte benutzen Sie bitte die Zeichnung am Anfang dieser Betriebsanleitung 7 1 Undichte Nadeldichtung austauschen 1 Schrauben Sie die berwurfmutter Pos 1 ab 2 Schrauben Sie den Nadelsitz Pos 4 ab 3 Entfernen Sie den Materialanschluss Pos 16 samt Materialdichtung Pos 17 und das Hinterteil Pos 13 durch L sen der 2 Senkkopfschrauben Pos 14 4 Schieben Sie die Materialnadel Pos 10 nach hinten aus dem Vorderteil Pos 7 heraus 5 Ziehen Sie den Nutring Pos 9 nach hinten heraus Verwenden Sie dazu einen festen Draht dessen Ende zu einem kleinen Haken umgebogen ist 6 Ziehen Sie die Nadeldichtung Pos 6 mit den kleinen Haken nach vorne heraus 7 Ersetzen Sie Nadeldichtung Nutring und Materialdichtung durch Neuteile Die Montage der restlichen Bauteile erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge Hinweis Die aus der Pistole entnommenen Gebrauchteile d rfen nicht wieder verwendet werden da sonst eine funktionssichere Dichtwirkung nicht gew hrleistet ist 7 2 Materialnadel austauschen Zerlegen Sie die Spritzpistole gem Abschnitt 5 5 Spritzpistole umr sten 1 Schrauben Sie die Nadelsitz Pos 4 ab 2 Entfernen Sie den Materialanschluss Pos 16 samt Materialdichtung Pos 17 und das Hinterteil Pos 13 durch L sen der 2 Senkkopfschrauben Pos 14 3 Schieben Sie die Materialnadel Pos 10 nach hinten aus dem Vorderteil Pos 7 heraus Die Montage erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge Materialfilter austauschen Wechseln
