14. of the base unit The pulley and Profi 3 chair have to be carried separately For transporting the devices in a vehicle from one job site to another please refer to chapter 5 1 Safety Instructions for Transport fig 24 7 2 Adjusting Internal Pressure Once the crawler is completely assembled turn on the base unit see item 6 in chapter 7 2 Preparation in the Profi 3 Instruction Manual Hardware The internal pressure can now be monitored on screen see chapter 4 3 Overview Software Control Panel Functions K 70F K 70FL Property damage due to inadequate internal pressure High or low internal pressure in the crawler may cause damage to the device If the internal pressure falls below 0 5 bar liquid may penetrate the crawler and cause damage to the device If the internal pressure exceeds 1 25 bar functioning of the motor and drive system may be affected possibly causing damage to the device Always check the internal pressure prior to an inspection and adjust it if necessary fig 25 The crawler s internal pressure is being adjusted via the camera head and should be 1 0 bar At no time should the pressure fall below 0 5 bar or rise above 1 25 bar This ensures that neither liquids nor dirt can penetrate the device Heavy fluctuations in temperature result in camera pressure fluctuations If the pressure falls quickly during an inspection abort it immediately and turn off the base unit If loss of press
