12. chentemperatur messen Die Angaben der max Oberfl chentempe ratur auf dem Typenschild basieren auf Messungen unter normalen Umgebungs und Aufstellungsbedingungen Schon ge ringf gige nderungen dieser Bedingun gen z B beengte Einbauverh ltnisse k nnen die Temperaturentwicklung we sentlich beeinflussen W hrend der Inbetriebnahme des Getrie bes ist es zwingend notwendig eine Mes sung der Oberfl chentemperatur im max Belastungszustand durchzuf hren Die Messung kann mit handels blichen Tem peraturmessger ten am w rmsten Punkt des Getriebes durchgef hrt werden Die max Oberfl chentemperatur ist nach ca 3 Stunden erreicht und darf einen Differenz wert von 60K 40K Temperaturklasse T4 bzw 90K 70K Temperaturklasse T3 gegen ber der Umgebungstemperatur nicht berschreiten gilt f r Sonderfalle mit Umgebungs temperatur von 20 C bis 60 C mit entsprechender Kennzeichnung sie he auch Kapitel 7 3 Bei einem h heren Differenzwert muss der Antrieb sofort stillgesetzt werden Halten Sie in diesem Fall unbedingt R cksprache mit der Fa BOCKWOLDT Inbetriebnahme Getriebe Getriebemo tor im Ex Bereich Sologetriebe Bei Getrieben mit Normlaterne oder an triebsseitigem Deckel muss sichergestellt sein dass die auf dem Typenschild des Getriebes angegebenen Daten nicht ber schritten werden Eine berlastung des Getriebes muss ausgeschlossen sein Netzbetriebene Motoren Pr fen ob
