GoToMeeting Webinar User Guide EIS Collection Training WHAT SHOULD DO BEFORE THE TRAINING SESSION 1 Check to ensure you meet the following system requirements to use GoToMeeting O ting syst e eh eee Windows XF or later Windows 2003 Server or later Mac OS X 10 7 Lion or later Recommended broadband connection with 1 Mbps Google Chrome v39_0 or later Mozilla Firefox v34 or later Internet Explorer v3 0 or later Safari v6 or later GoToMeeting desktop app JavaScript enabled 2GB or more of RAM Microphone and speakers USB headset recommended Webcam to use HDFaces 2 Before a session test your connection a To test your connection from a computer join the test session using the following URL https www3 gotomeeting com join 406552062 b You will automatically be launched into session If you have not installed the GoToMeeting GoToMeeting CONNECTION TEST ONLY desktop application the download will automatically begin This is a recurring meeting c If you see a Waiting for Organizer message see image on the right you ve successfully Waiting for organizer joined the test session You should be able to SAPERE Pic creme Sere ert join GoToMeeting GoToWebinar and Computer audio Use your microphone and speakers GoToTraining sessions from this computer Close a j i e i the Waiting for Organizer dialog to exit the test session If you re the organizer please start the meeting Gy En2.
