9. is this option allows the software to present the tag s page when a user places a tag on the reader This is an easy and quick way to go to a tag s page or identify an unknown tag gt To find out whose tag is this 1 Place the tag on the encoder F ij CA The encoder reads the tag If the tag is encoded in one of the sites belonging to the current user the tag detail page appears If the tag is not encoded or was encoded in a site that belongs to another user only the SN of the tag appears 2 Click Whose Tag Is This 25 SOFTWARE USER MANUAL Adding Visitor Tags A Visitor tag is a tag that is valid only for the day it is encoded The tag can be added to an existing User Group and will expire at a time set by the site s manager gt To add a visitor tag 1 2 Ensure that the required site is selected from the Site drop down list F Click Add Visitor Tag O orclick Visitors The following window appears Visitor tag details Distribute tag First name Last name Name of host Group Select a Group Expiration time o 00 Required field Submit Reset Clear Enter the First name mandatory last name mandatory and Name of host From Group select the group for this tag mandatory From Expiration time mandatory select the hours and minutes The time must be later than the current time in the day Click Submit The visitor tag is added to the site The
