Wall Bracket Mounting Bracket replacement part number CAEQ 002 01 Wall mounting of PR Series Far infrared heaters Following the safety requirements provided on page 3 of this manual Locate a suitable mounting location This location must be within easy reach of an appropriate properly grounded electrical outlet 1 Using a level mark the upper two holes as shown in figure 1 Depending on the type of wall select the appropriate mounting hard ware minimum load requirement is 30 Ibs per fastener 2 Install the upper two fasteners but leave the heads sticking out by approximately 1 8 2 5 mm 3 Hook the mounting brackets on these fasten ers as shown in figure 1 and after making sure the brackets are plumb mark the loca tion for the lower hardware and install it 4 Next tighten the upper two screws 5 With the power cable hanging down hook the panel onto the upper part of the mounting brackets see Figure 2 6 Next snap the lower slots into the hooks 7 Inspect to make sure that the panel is in stalled properly and the power cord is not pinched 8 Plug the panel s power cable into the outlet The panel should be unplugged when not in use Options subject to local code requirements For convenience the following options may be used a aswitched outlet controlling only this heater no other appliances may be connected b aULorETL listed plug in line voltage ther mostat capable of supporting t

7. ck 208 amp 240 Volt L7 15P Le i pugs Locked option Installation of mounting brackets Prestyl s PR Series Far infrared heaters are fitted with Snap On mounting bracket to facilitate different accessories and well as orientation options for printed artworks The arrow A in the figure below shows the mounting bracket after it was placed in front of the rear panel attach U ment clips X For wall mounting always A attach the mounting brackets with the hooks on the top U The mounting brackets may be 1 rotated 90 The mounting brackets are degrees by inserted from the inside out soin these must always face in the same direction hooks on one end slots on the other 0 Rear panel attachment clips are now engaged B If needed remove any paint drippings from below the clips Seismic lock for ceiling mounted PR series Prestyl s mounting brackets have been designed to prevent undesired separation when exposed to mod erate seismic activity as well as lifting due to wind shear After the panels has been mounted on a ceiling simply install a self threading 6 x 3 8 screw into the hole on either side of the mounting brackets For areas at high risk of higher seismic activity addi tional steel wires my be looped through the holes in the sides of the brackets prior to hooking the ceiling and heater brackets together If applicable loop code required safety wire th
