3. for DBM01 offers the following functions lten a ball is released e By pressing the button e By pressing the button a ball and an audio signal are released at the same time e By pressing the button q an audio signal only is released For the best results e Before using check battery status in both the ball dropper and the remote controller Replace batteries if necessary e Battery performance decreases slightly in temperatures below 0 C If possible keep the remote controller in warm in your pocket for instance and take it out only when using Advice on using e Don t put the remote controller close to objects sensitive to magnetic field to avoid causing permanent damage to them e Don t expose the DBMO01 set to high temperatures It is necessary to replace the batteries every two years even in case the set has not been in use for a longer time period Don t leave discharged batteries in the device to avoid damage e The set is designed to be used with one ball as a maximum Don t use any extenders to increase the capacity It could cause damage to the device e Use only the ball delivered with the set or recommended by the manufacturer Using a different ball than recommended could cause damage to the device Maintenance Don t use any corrosive substances such as diluents petrol or various cleaners to clean the DOGtrace DBMO01 set Use a soft damped cloth and a neutral cleaning agent if re
4. ball dropper see picture Red indicator light is lit up Remove the remote controller The indicator light goes out The ball dropper is OFF To prolong battery life it is necessary to switch the ball dropper OFF after every use If the device is not used for a longer time period removing battery is recommended Position of the ball dropper and remote controller when switching ON OFF and synchronising the devices Synchronising ball dropper with remote controller Each ball dropper has a unique operation code Before first use ball dropper and remote controller need to be synchronized IMPORTANT Before you start synchronising the devices make sure no other DOGtrace system is used close to you Your ball dropper might accept a code of another remote controller accidentally If this happens repeat the synchronization procedure e Remove ball from the ball dropper e In off state place the bottom part of the remote controller to the upper edge of the ball dropper see picture on page 7 and hold it there Red indicator light blinks once After that greed indicator is lit up for 3 seconds and then both red and green indicator lights start blinking The ball dropper is ready for synchronisation Now remove the remote controller from the ball dropper and press the audio signal button The ball dropper emits an audio signal indicating the synchronisation was successful How to use remote controller Remote controller DOGtrace

7. quired The remote controller is not water resistant Protect it from water and humidity as much as possible If dropped into water the device will probably be damaged permanently The ball machine is designed to be able to stay in the rain for a short time after closing the cover of the ball container Trouble shooting Before you consider your device defective do the following e Read the user s guide again and check whether the problem isn t caused by weak batteries or incorrect use e Check the correct polarity and position of batteries e f it doesn t help synchronise the ball machine with the remote controller again according to the instructions in this user s guide e f the problem persists try to initialise the system by removing batteries from the holder in the ball machine and from the remote controller Create a shortcut to the contacts using a steel tool screwdriver scissors for instance for about 2 seconds Insert the batteries again and repeat the synchronisation procedure If the problem still persists contact your dealer The company VNT electronics s r o provides warranty for potential manufacture faults to the extent of two years from the date of purchase The manufacturer does not take responsibility for damage to the device caused by incorrect use unauthorised repairs and dismantling The warranty does not cover the following items e Batteries e Direct or indirect risks during transportatio
