Independent Solar Power Agency Aps Description of CO2 Neutral ISPA Water Filter FS200 USER MANUAL This ISPA FS200 water filter cleans contaminated pre filtered fresh water transforming it into clean drinking water in a short period of time The cleaning process takes place by the water passing through a series of treatment processes in terms of filters and activated carbon being UV treated by the sun through the hardened glas The ISPA water filter is developed designed and produced in Denmark The ISPA water filter complies with described Danish safety provisions INPROPER USE MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO PERSONS AND PROPERTY The specifications in this manual may change without notice In order to avoid damage to persons and or device please read this manual carefully before putting the FS200 into operation We recommend you keep the manual for future use Warning and Safety Instructions The FS200 is only supposed to be used for purification of contaminated fresh water The manufacturer is not responsible for errors arising from wrong handling or because the device was used for other purposes than specified In order to avoid accidents and injuries please pay attention to the following The F200 cannot work properly when placed flat on the ground It must be installed for instance on the side of a wall in a somehow upwards position with respect to catching the rays of the sun in the most efficient way FS200 must be ins2. NCE INSTALLATION TRANSPORT Preventive Maintenance The FS200 will work satisfactory when the following preventive procedures are followed FS200 may only use activated carbonated charcoal delivered from the distributor Please contact bn ispa dk To ensure quality and efficiency of cleaning process please replace activated coal every 3 years F200 micron filters to be replaced every 3 months or when necessary Please from bn ispa dk FS200 is delivered with 1 set of replacement filters for continuos drinking water flow for 6 months You replace micron filters by gently placing the FS200 in horizontal position with the front down You then gently unscrew the filters and replace them with new ones External cleaning of FS200 is done weekly by using a brush or damp cloth No chemicals shall be used So called BACKWASHING is to take place every week 7 days or when necessary The backwashing process is when you let clean water run into FS200 reversely from the normal process meaning you let clean water run into the outtake and out through the intake In case of doubts related to this place ask ISPA or distributor for advice Transport FS200 must be protected against shock moisture and frost during transportation Damaged packages must be opened in the presence of staff from the delivery company which on the consignment note must witness the damage Only photos will be accepted as evidence When transportin
