6. ters Your gas meter measures a volume of gas typically in units of cubic feet or cubic meters This is then converted to kwh before your tariff is applied on your bill In energy tracker this conversion does not take place but the indicative tariff is adjusted to reflect this The meter units on the bill should match energy tracker data and the profile of your consumption when you used it will be accurate e can t see data before after a certain date You can only view data during your tenancy or since your meter was connected to the remote metering system If you believe you should be seeing and you are not please speak to your property manager and ask them to check the dates on Energy Tracker If these are correct the connection to the meter may be at fault please see below e There is data missing before after certain dates gaps or meter readings stopped progressing It is possible that the connection to your meter has been lost Please report your concerns to your property manager or system administrator who will investigate this for you e Energy Tracker shows usage when I don t expect it like at night or when on holiday There may be energy saving opportunities that you could be taking advantage of to help you save energy and money Take a look at the Energy Saving Tips via the University s Energy amp Environment web pages http go warwick ac uk energy or the Energy Saving Trust website http www energysa
