Notification Email The Notification Email field allows multiple email addresses to be saved per user record when a user raises Live View Exceptions or Incidents an email will be sent to the email addresses entered against the user that has created the exception incident Multiple email addresses must be entered in the format test test com test2 test com 4 2 4 Roles SmartTask has 2 roles which determine the access a User has to the application e Administrator role gives access to the Web Client These Users are inhibited from logging on to a mobile device The main function of a User with this role is to create and edit Users and Customers and manage reporting solely within in the Web Client e Task Performer role gives access to the mobile device in order to record Shifts checkpoints and Visits to Customers Q Users can have either or both of these roles giving access to SmartTask Attend on the mobile device as well as the Web Client if both roles are selected the User has access to the Tag Writer application If no roles are assigned the User will be created but they will not be able to log on 4 2 5 Saving the new User Complete the fields and press the SAVE button in the Command menu to save the details for the new User The User list screen will then be displayed with the additional new User The CANCEL button will navigate back to the User list without saving O LOG OFF USERS O CUSTOMERS CA save GI cancel NEW USE
